I had given my apartment number which is 306 when I scheduled. What a waste. I went to Walmart and bought a carpet cleaner for half of what I would have paid these people and did it myself. When I call to let them know of this, I am told that that is just not possible. All I know is they cleaned it, wrapped it in plastic and it was stored and absolutely nothing else was wet from storage. They will not reclean it and will not return my call now. Will never use them again and will definitely steer my friends clear of this company. To update my experience, I've changed them from one star to three as they finally came through and recleaned my rug. Everyone but their manager, Tiffany, was pleasant and apologetic. Finally happy with my rug, but undecided whether I'll use them again.
