All I really had for this, was a vision and a few Pinterest pics. We let Matt run with his idea of how to do it...and it is perfect! Way better than we could have imagined. Ron, Matt & Jamie are extremely professional, courteous, personable, honest and very hardworking. They communicated with us to ensure every detail was covered (even though I kept changing my mind - add very patient to the list..). Their work is beyond compare, and we couldn't be happier with our finished product and the workmanship. We are absolutely thrilled with the work they have done. It has totally transformed the exterior of our home from "meh" to "WOW!". Really pops. Thank you again guys...recommend 100%!

They don't weed wack properly (we watched them weed wack around the water spout on the corner of the house, and then act as though they were going to cut around the bird feeder, but then walked away and left 6in. Of grass behind) Devon also nearly ran over my friend with the riding lawn mower, going as fast as it could go. She was only about 6 inches max away from the mower when it went by - she moved by the house to move out of his way and he still came extremely close to her. He also came very close to my neighbours truck with that same riding mower. Their work is choppy at best and I would highly recommend that you find another company to work with, who is more professional and less reckless with the property and its residents.

Our builder had two attempts to correct the deficiencies and failed to do so. Sarj explained everything him and his team would do to ensure the fixes would meet our expectations. He came in on weekends to do the work so it would fit our schedule. There was honest, open communication throughout the process and Cad and Ash were also professional and a pleasure to be around. We highly recommend Sarj and his team as they really finally fixed what our builder failed to do!!!

Thumbs Down! They USED to be great! They have pictures of a job they did for me on their Facebook…read morepage over a year ago and the work was good. Now they have taken on more projects than they can handle and instead of communicating and letting customers know that they do not have time to complete what they started, they just keep giving false hope that they will finish. I gave them two extra months to finish and barely anything has been done in that time. The bathroom (the only bathroom in the house!) that they said was 9-days work still isn't complete, and the work they did do has to be fixed because the plumbing rough-in is wrong. They will argue there was a delay and that is true, there was a delay - but that was in May and after that they still reassured me they would be done July 31, and then August 31 and then extended again to Sept 30. This is a rental property for us, so we had to disappoint wonderful potential tenants that were interested in renting the house. As of today, October 7, framing and rough-in has not been completed yet. The house is a huge mess, they left garbage everywhere. I gave up on them finally because it has to be completed this month and they were still lying to my face. We are going to roll up our sleeves and do it ourselves and hire reliable contractors for the parts we cannot do ourselves. You may ask why we didn't do that in the first place but it was because we were fixing up 2 other rental properties in that time - those 2 were completed on time and have been rented. I truly hope if you decide to hire them you have a better experience.
