Tommy's must not be that fat because the Nashville hot chicken sandwich was tiny and the chicken was thin and leathery. The supposed crispy onions were mushy. And, the chicken was cold edges/ luke warm inside. I wanted SO much for it to look remotely like the chicken pictures on Yelp. I even bypassed the Monday burger special for it. Unfortunately, the burgers weren't any better. One was ordered well done. It was under cooked. The fries were Luke warm. We were the only people eating. Everything should have been HOT hot. The only good thing was the tater tots.

Review your bill! This was the second time my husband and I were here. We had appetizers and…read morecocktails both times. PROS: the food is good, establishment is clean, and they have decent Happy Hour specials. CONS: extra charges for drinks and added gratuity of 20% for anything over $100! We sat at the bar both visits, both times had wings, the Bavarian pretzel and cocktails-all of which are good. This visit we arrived almost at the end of Happy Hour, I ordered a lemon drop martini but requested Tito's vodka - which there was an up charge and I understood that from the beginning. However upon getting our bill, I noticed we were charged for 4 martinis (instead of the 3 ordered - equaling $56) and a 20% gratuity charge. I did question both and was told, the 20% gratuity charge is stated on the menu - which we've never noticed either visit so maybe it's in a small font somewhere or in an inconspicuous place but either way we didn't see this obviously reflected so be aware. Also, charging a 20% gratuity for a couple sitting at the bar is a little ridiculous imo. The bartender did take these charges off of our bill (it went from $134 to $87) so a significant change but it's a shame you have to be put in the position to even question their honesty and integrity of their business- I think people expect more from a small business and that's why we go to these places. So though their food is good, there are plenty of other establishments that have comparable food and prices but better service. We won't be coming back here.

The menu had plenty of options from chicken, burgers, chops and pastas. The drink menu was pretty decent. We order the tomahawk chop which came with mashed and green beans, and I order an extra side which was Mac and cheese. And kid had the plain wings with fries. We both enjoyed our food. The chop was huge and I can barely finish it! Also ordered a drink called the grand cognac it was pretty decent. Our server named was Tanaya. She was great! Made personal suggestions of her faves and took great care of us. Keep my cup filled and plenty napkins. Haha! Seemed small but even the smallest things makes a difference. The place seemed hip and very known. They had regulars they came and left and it was just a nice little vibe. Music was perfect and not much of a crowd that early during the day which I often enjoy the most. Check em out!

It was ridiculous why the music needs to be blasting so nobody can have a conversation. I was with three other people and I know I only heard maybe half the conversation of the nite! The good news was I was able to walk up to the bar and get fast service even though the bar was full. Now for another downer: being an Irish establishment, I ordered a corned-beef sandwich that was terrible! The beef wasn't sliced but rather ground up and was loaded with salt to almost be inedible! Anybody with high-blood pressure that shouldn't have salt shouldn't order this! I was told that they have really good hamburgers which I should have listened to that advice. I didn't see pizza on the menu which is just as well, seeing Beggar's is across the street and is the bomb for pizza where they couldn't possibly have better pizza than Beggar's! From now on if we go there it will only be on a weeknight and hopefully the music volume will be conversational. A good thing is that they have Yuengling Beer on tap that was just introduced to the Midwest!
