They refused to take responsibility and I had to take my car to the dealership and it took a week of diagnostics to figure out what was wrong. I was without my car for a week. I called again and a lady at the call center said it could take 24-48 hours for a manager to contact me so i decided to wait another 24 hours which would put me at 8/39. Still no response. She did call the location and they said i could bring my car back in to be vacuumed but i didn't want to take it back to them when i can do it myself. Disappointed in the lack of communication and a manager not reaching out. I also have dogs so if I would have had one in my car and they got glass in their paw pads, that would have been a whole other issue.

While cost might vary by vehicle's make, model, and year, I paid $139 per window + tax, which I found to be extremely competitive pricing especially given the speed of their work and friendly customer service. I was pleasantly described to receive a clean car without clutter or glass shards upon retrieving my car. If you don't have a ride to pick you up and drop you off, there's a waiting room with comfortable couches and a water station inside. I wouldn't wish car repairs upon anyone, but if you were to need them on the Midtown area, I'd recommend you come here!
