If you're looking for a little magic with your morning coffee, Sacred Energy Crystal, Coffee, & Cafe is your new go-to spot! This place is an absolute gem (pun intended). First off, the espresso drinks are so reasonably priced--finally a spot where you don't need to pay $8 for a decent latte. I grabbed an oat milk cappuccino and it was smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. But the real star of the menu? The Amethyst Matcha. It's this fun, dreamy-looking lavender matcha latte that tastes as good as it looks--lightly sweet, super creamy, and totally Instagram-worthy. Food-wise, everything I tried was delicious. The avocado toast ($9.99) is next-level (topped with a fried egg and balsamic glaze), and the Big Dipper burger ($13.99) was amazing. They clearly put love and intention into their ingredients. The cafe opens early at 7:00am, which is perfect for early birds like me. I had never really heard of kambo, but I felt called to work with her and this medicine. At the time, I was going through major upheavals- moving states, leaving behind family & friends, going through heartbreak, and healing from long-standing health ailments.
