We entered the shop and were completely ignored at the counter for over ten minutes. When the man working there eventually came over, he was hostile and frosty (even though my boyfriend speaks fluent German) and didn't apologise for the wait. We were shocked to be charged 10 euros to print one A4 sheet of paper in black and white. We questioned whether there was a cheaper way but were bluntly told no and not given any explanation of why it was so much. We were then given a token but no guidance or instructions whatsoever. We were able to work out how to log on to the computer (though this will be hard if you don't speak German) but printing was impossible even though I consider myself to be pretty good with computers. The man had disappeared again and, when he eventually reappeared, he seemed very annoyed that we were asking for help. He huffed and seemed angry when printing the document then he disappeared again leaving us to work out how to use the printer. I've never had such bad customer service in my life nor felt so ripped off! I will never return and strongly recommend that you go elsewhere.
