Don't take my word for it, just ask and get the facts from current and previous tenants on how they are indifferent on basic care, maintenance, and who they rent to. Don't let anyone you care about move into this apartment community. My oven element went out 2 months ago and they havent replaced that after several attempts and requests. Also if you press on the outlet in the 1st bedroom, half of the electric goes out. He is a slumlord that charges everyone different rent and drinks most of peoples rent up and replaces it with his own paycheck. I have a known meth dealer living across the hall out here that was caught on camera breaking into cars in the parking lot and another next door that the cops are out here everyday because he beats up his gf and he has done nothing about it

It's definitely a starter apartment but I wouldn't recommend any college students who attend any of the surrounding schools in the Xenia/Dayton area to stay in this complex. The complex is ran very poorly and the management is extremely money hungry. The complex looks really ran down and definitely needs some upgrades. The complex is also known for tents complaining of rodent problems in the winter. Which often times goes unnoticed by the property manager. There are other great apartments in the area. So definitely look somewhere else and try to make this place your very last option

The maintenance guys Larry and Dan are very nice and friendly. You always get same day service when something pops up that's broken. There is usually someone who comes every so often to spray the area for bugs. There are grills outside on the grassy areas and a pool here too. There are one, two and three bedroom apartments here. In addition to that, this place is super quiet. The windows are pretty thick and sound proof. I would recommend Charterwoods Apartments.
