I looked online for a place that will wash our old truck by hand. The internet said his shop closed…read moreat 6pm on Saturdays, so I decided to arrive just after 5pm when my other tasks were complete. Unfortunately, Jorge tried to update his online data a few times, but it was not accurate and his shop was already cleaned up and closed. Jorge offered to reopen and personally washed our old truck by hand. He was very polite and did a great job. The tire treatment stuff smells amazing, too! Anyone that has children AND a minivan knows the perils of keeping the car presentable. We do a good job of trying to keep up with the daily crumbs and splashes, but it accumulates over time. Any evidence of our two children and their trail of crumbs was cleaned away by Chuck and the staff at Champion. The detailing was definitely worth the money but if you only have time for a standard wash this is still the place to go.

And when I brought my truck back to the…read moremanager and showed him all the missed dirt inside (which his employee told me they would get if I upgraded to a Deluxe), he literally said that they have to rush cars through, because they get a 150 cars a day and that they don't use any liquid on their cloths to wipe stuff because customers might complain if the plastic gets discolored. What "manager" says that to a customer?!? I spent extra time removing absolutely everything from the my truck (that I only drive about once per week but because my broken foot is in a boot, I needed someone else to do it this time) to make it easy for them. He said you're welcome to go to a detail shop. Ummm, no, I specifically came to a FULL SERVICE car wash for the hand care. Even 1 employee got pissed when he heard what the manager told me. The floors are covered in dirt too. I've been to many many full service places and never ever has the truck been returned like this. It's like they didn't even do anything. I got it back exactly as I handed it to them. The outside was definitely better (different team).
