I had Mike come out and Quote me $2100.00 to power wash and stain my deck. I accepted quote and Mike and his team began the work shortly thereafter. Upon completion I expressed my frustration to Mike concerning the poor quality of work. I feel like a 5 yr old with two spray cans could have done a better job. Mike the owner was arrogant, rude, and unwilling to correct the poor quality of work. Matter of fact he laughed at my fiancé on the phone when she called for some type of solution. Had the opposite experience of the first review for X-Stream Power Wash & Paint. Originally came out on June 11th when we were not home. Couldn't tell anything was done. I cleaned a small section and sent a picture and video of what I cleaned and what they cleaned. Mike came back out and said he fired the guy who did the job. After 20 minutes he redid the work and said nothing else could be done, the gutters were clean. I paid him full price for the work. I said I was going to complain and that pictures were worth 1000 words. The picture posted is what I took when he left. Extremely unprofessional and horrible quality. The contractor had no attention to detail, completely missing boards when nailing. The paint is bubbled all over the deck and after the fact said that he couldn't have known that this would happen and actually blamed it on us. When dealing with the owner afterwards he was extremely unprofessional and put all of the blame on us. I would never recommend anyone use this company. I was never looking for a refund and even paid for the service, while not being even remotely satisfied with the quality. I even offered the owner to just come and see what sort of solution he could offer us to make the deck not look so poor. All we wanted was to get a deck that looked up to the quality we paid, tons of contractors were way lower price but my wife thought the owner was going to do a better quality job so we went with them. This was obviously not the case. Like I mentioned we aren't looking for any refund and didn't even want to write a review but after the quality of work and then being blamed on it, I felt like I had to put something out here so no one else gets this quality of work going forward. read more

I scheduled an appointment two weeks out. The owner Mike, called and said he had a cancellation and if he could come out that day. I said sure even though it was an inconvience for me working from home. The worker showed up didnt even introduce himself and just started the work. The house looked great on initial inspection. After I got off work I went around the house and of course some things dont come off but he missed a space. I proceeded to call Mike and it went straight to voicemail. So I sent him an email stating I wasn't happy with the service. That the guy was only there for an hour, or giving the benefit of the doubt an hour and a half and I couldnt justify spending 275 dollars as he's invoiced me. He wrote back very unprofessionally blaming me and said the guy was there 2 hours and the house was in poor condition. Which was not true and a house my size should have only taken 45 minutes. Also that I signed the contract and it clearly states 250 to 275. Then he proceeds 20 minutes later to write again that he will be sending the guy back out to finish it at no additional cost. Ok I'm happy. He shows up with the guy at 715 am to confront me now. Knocks like he's the damn police and I opened the door and said good morning. He didn't introduce himself and starts pointing out everything he can't fix instead of asking me where the problem was. Again starts talking about how angry my email was (I wasn't angry just unhappy and it was professionally written he even sent the email to his wife and worker) and how much time it took which I debated. He doesn't even ask if its good now and drives off then asks me from his truck on his way out. He then came back a few mins later and asked where his sign was and I said I through it away because I didnt give you permission to put anything in my yard and then he proceeded to mumble something like blah blah blah and got in his truck and sped off. I have never had such an unprofessional business person in my life! Do not hire this company. Trust me it was more of a headache then anything. He needs to go through customer service training and possibly not own his own business if he can't run it properly. read more

Mike was very professional and courteous. His company was the only one that offered an actual scrub brush cleaning of my white gutters and he offered it at a great price. I had severe mildew stains on my gutters and Mike had them back to sparkling white. My wife and I were very pleased with Mike and his service. Would definitely use again. read more

We hired X-Stream to power wash our house, refinish our deck and add stairs to one end. They showed a complete lack of knowledge in every aspect of construction/ carpentry, made no effort to pick up their trash and when I ask them about the quality of their work, the owner's attitude was very poor. The concrete landing for the steps was poured in the wrong area and was poured about 6" above grade on a pile of gravel because he "forgot we lived on a hill". They never removed all of the old stain so the new acrylic stain is already chipping one week later. Half of the deck is painted so heavy there are runs while the other half has bare wood showing. When the used nails, the split spindles and punched holes in the wood. When the used screws, I had to finish driving them in. Our stairs are at an angle that makes you feel like you're going o fall up them and none of the boards were cut straight. They brought drop cloths but apparently didn't use them since our surrounding garden is now stained. Then when they thought they were done they sprayed a lot of stain in the yard to empty their tank. They did an ok job powerwashing our house....except they only washed what they could reach without a ladder. X-streamly sloppy, lazy, and rude. The only positive is that I've used their work to help teach my kid about taking pride in one's work and finishing a job. read more
