My wife has grown so frustrated in the game that she she said she was not going to play again until she had lessons. We tried it once before and the results were negligible, so I wasn't too enthusiastic about it. However, they had a great deal on couple's lessons. Three one hour lessons for a $150. We met Matt and it became readily apparent that he was not like the teacher we had tried before elsewhere. The long and the short of it is this we learned so much in those 3 hours, we already seeing improvement in our game. He was professional, knowledgeable, attentive and his lesson plan made the best use of the allotted time. I wanted to tip him, but he declined saying we already paid him. That's character if you ask me. Whatever your skill level, I believe he can help you improve.

Cut to standard length even though paperwork said 3/4", then wanted to use extensions. I said no, so they said it would take a week and a half to get new shafts. I had gotten them in 2 days. 2 weeks go by still don't have clubs. They are now pushing having my irons for a month. No urgency to correct a mistake they made on their end. Extremely disappointed.

It was very well lit-up and looked more interesting than sitting in a movie theater for the night, so we decided to go exploring and find it. Easier said than done. I actually had to call the place while on the road and ask "onto which unmarked road am I supposed to take a right or a left?" So when we eventually made it there, they knew it was us, and gave a big Hello!!! and even the business dog came over to greet us. Very easy and laid back family-owned business, and they all had a fun-loving attitude. The course itself was pristine and a sparkling great condition, sprinkled with awkward high-school-first-dates and ample bug spray. I'd totally tap those balls again.

The staff is really friendly. I always like talking to the owner when sitting at the club house. He always has some stories to tell. You can't bring coolers, but they have plenty of coolers that you can fill up with beer and soda. I'm excited that they now have Spotted Cow in a can! It's rarely busy here, which is nice if you are newer and don't like being rushed by other golfers. There's a good number of Par 3 holes that are not too difficult. The rest of the holes are over 300 yards and are good for getting out your driver and swinging the crap out of that ball. The greens though can be tricky....hills...THOSE DAMN HILLS! I always enjoy playing on this course and will keep coming for years to come.
