She was unprepared for trial and unfamiliar with CAT/SCC jurisdiction, and admitted to being confused. She confirmed she would prepare a Book of Authorities, but after I followed up three days later, she sent only titles with links, four of which were irrelevant, and none of the links worked. After my motion to increase the claim was approved (the only reason I am not giving one star), she still failed to amend the claim before trial. She was unaware that the amendment needed to be done until I raised the issue myself, by which point the trial was already on its second day. Overall, several basic and serious mistakes significantly affected my case. She easily gets offended, and doesn't allow any complaints. In the end, I had to do all the work myself.
