I got to know mister Heer , who now unfortunately past away, we became good friends and had many happy moments together in the Bummelzug bar , their Orangen tomaten Borchtel soup was delicious, I encountered many interesting people during my stay , one lady that worked in this hotel. I've eaten here several times and I've never been disappointed whether its enjoying great beer and…read moremunching on the meat board filled with local and regional exotic sliced, cured sausages, hams, salami and others I enjoyed but didn't really know what I was eating or my all time favorite the Jäger-Schnizel mit handgeschabten Spätzle or Schweineschnitzel paniert mit Pommes it's all outstanding. Everyone is so friendly it's like being part of the family every time Ive been here. I can't wait until I return to this part of Germany it's the people and the culture that make this area great.

Walk by the restaurant two hours later still empty... there's better places to eat in that area don't waste your time.
