My wife and I contacted them for a fridge repair. They sent us a technician named Erick B, and we are going to be their customer for all the appliance issues. Erick is very polite and on time, and if there's a delay and is going to be late, he will let you know on timely manner. He explained everything as he worked on the fridge, and although the repair ended up not being possible as we were going to need a new fridge, he really did everything he could to save the fridge and us a lot of money. On top of all that, what sold me to recommend this company and decided to call them for all of our appliance needs is their customer support and aftercare service. When the first diagnosis and fix didn't repair the problem, Erick came out to do a second diagnosis and when we concluded that it's a compressor failure, he helped us research for a quality fridge to replace our old one. Now, I don't have experience with any other technicians from this company, but if they are as good as Erick, you are in good hands. So, if you are in need of appliance repair, give this place a try, and maybe you'll get to enjoy the above and beyond customer service Erick has provided us

1st impression/trip: Went to the store during posted business hours, but had to wait for them to…read moreopen due to an errand of the sale's woman's. 2nd trip: Disorganized warehouse 3rd trip: So they ask you to write a Yelp review so they can give you a discount for it, but they want you to write it while in the store!! THEN ultimately NOT given a discount for the review...waste of 10 minutes to login & enter on their phone. I was just trying to pay for a frig & I ended up being detained from work 1 hour & 1/2!!!! Other customers the reason you ask? Just 1 other one also just trying to pay for a W/D. She ended up leaving & said she will come back later to finish the transaction. I was wishing that I had that same option. Irma was very nice about it, but the whole operation is VERY unorganized. So we scheduled a delivery...never showed, we called during their 9am window & they told us they needed to now move our appt. to 3-4pm...good thing we called!!! 3-4pm came & went. The guys FINALLY called us @ about 7pm saying they were close to our house. Finally delivered @ 7:30pm!! WOW that's a big difference from 9am!! Irma also sent along a gift basket for the 3rd trip's troubles, which I believe made the delivery even later. Very nice of her, but does anyone else find it odd that it was a gift basket of only laundry laundry soap, but we bought a frig? They also said giftcards would be in this basket, but that didn't pan out either. In summary, we saved A LOT of $$ & got a nice frig, but if we had known ahead of time what we were in for, we wouldn't have gone there. You get what you pay for, but in this case I am referring to getting lame service, but a nice enough product. I wouldn't NOT recommend this place, I would just put out a disclaimer. Some things can be overlooked to save $$ is what this co. is banking on. **11/12 UPDATE** My frig never worked, they didn't honor their word or warranty. I waited a long time to update this because I actually am taking them to small claims court & wanted to add the verdict. I fear the longer I wait, the more people will go there, so here it is so far.** Conclusion: Went to small claims court, won, Express paid me, sold non working frig.

My husband and I bought a High Efficiency washer and dryer from this place in Feb 2013 . We thought it was a great deal at the time $575 for both units including delivery and installation. The delivery guys were very polite and efficient. Explained about the warranty (90 days) About 2 weeks ago the washer started to go haywire on the rinse cycle and everything went DOWNHILL from there quickly !! Called the owner CARLOS , I admit i was quite upset ! I have 2 small children and use the machines almost on a daily basis. I asked him if it was customary to sell units that break RIGHT AFTER the warranty expires. He assured me that everything would be looked at the next day and could resolve whatever issues then. Aug 1 NO SHOW ! Not even a courtesy call!!! So I attempt to call back the following week NO ANSWER !!! He sends me straight to voicemail and sends me " Can't Talk Now. Call Me Back Later?" So I do. STILL NO ANSWER left voicemail STILL NO CALL BACK. I had to have my husband call from a different number just to get this jerk CARLOS to talk to us. He told my husband that he will dispatch someone to the house between 5-6 pm today. We shall see. I'm not holding my breath If this issue is NOT RESOLVED you can rest assured i will be flagging every single post on Craigslist the put up, contacting the BBB and they will see me in SMALL CLAIMS COURT

I have an LG front-loading washer, and as anyone who owns one knows, these things are notorious for their bearings going bad. Every couple of years, I have to replace the ball bearing for the inner tub and the rear bearing, along with giving the machine a good deep clean, tightening everything up, and keeping it running smoothly. It's been a good system until I recently put my washer through an eight-loads-in-two-days endurance test. That was the breaking point. We're currently housing some family who lost their home, the only home they've ever known, in the Eaton Canyon fire. Laundry has been piling up, and we're happy to help, but of course, this would be the moment the washer decides it's had enough. So I ordered the bearings from Amazon, took the machine apart, and got ready to swap them out, only to find out that Amazon sent me the wrong size. Again. This is now the second time Amazon has done this to me, so at this point, I don't even feel bad for not double-checking. They straight-up miscategorized the part. Now I've got a fully disassembled washing machine, a pile of laundry that isn't getting any smaller, and zero patience for waiting on another shipment. A quick Google search led me to Coast Appliance Parts, a place I had somehow never heard of despite all these years of fixing up my washer. And let me tell you, they saved the day. The only downside is that their prices are higher, but these are OEM parts, and that means they are built to last. I would rather pay a little more now than deal with another washing machine disaster in a few months. Service-wise, they were fantastic. There were at least four people working, three at the counter, and despite having a few customers ahead of me, I was in and out in 10 minutes. Super efficient, no hassle. I got home, put the washer back together, and everything is running smoothly again. Amazon is getting their part back again, and lesson learned, I will be skipping the middleman from now on and going straight to Coast Appliance Parts when I need something. Honestly, we need to stop shopping through Amazon. It's not always the best deal, and on top of that, we should be supporting these businesses directly instead of letting a middleman take a cut. Coast Appliance Parts had exactly what I needed, got me back up and running the same day, and now they have a lifelong customer. If you are in a crunch and need parts fast, check them out. You can even look up their inventory online before heading over. Great business, great service, and well worth it.

Then the next day by 2pm your parts will be READY for Pick up if you're not in a rush, You can also just walk-in and order, however, online is much smoother My only improvement this company must make is adding a "text order status alert" so customer know when their order is being pulled and when it's ready..... Their email that was SUPPOSED to be sent never arrived :( Overall it was a good experience and they employee good people to represent their business I had to deal with ..... Finally, who ever manages the front entrance store WILL CALL section deserve a GOLD METAL.... It's well organized! 4.7 out of 5 STARS

Sold me a defective washer/dryer set. Comes with a 3-month warranty which he does not honor. The…read moredryer and washer BOTH had problems. The dryer would not turn on(Broken control board which i've now paid sears $330 to fix), and the washer does not drain(paid someone else $150 to fix). He will give you the run around hoping you will give up. Never came out. One time he sent someone else to fix it, who did not do anything and I even paid $60 for the visit. After calling Rick back to see if he was coming back, he complained about the guy saying if he wanted anything done he would have to do it himself. Gave me the run around even longer after that, excuse after excuse. Just a few of his excuses traffic, having to go to TJ because a relative passed away, then after that his car broke down in Downey, then after that he just flat out stopped picking up my calls. If he could just man up and say he sold me garbage and wasn't going to live up to his warranty he could just say so instead of wasting my time driving out to wait for him over and over again. TLDR: spent $540 in repairs after having the dryer less than 3 months. Wastes your time and will not take responsibility for when he messes up, will deflect blame or give excuses all day. Inconsiderate about your time, flaked on 6 STRAIGHT appointments. AVOID RICKS APPLIANCES.

I bought a stackable washer/dryer unit with a 90-day warranty written on the receipt and then when the washer leaked on first use I called and he assured me that he would come fix it. Then found out the dryer only blows mild heat. After numerous calls/texts, I'm still waiting... Ultimately had to pay someone to come fix it. #badbusiness

This is the only brand I would get for my kitchen hood. I bought one 25years ago and it is still…read moreworking. When I needed to get another hood for my new construction, I went and bought a newer model of the same brand. They pact in more features than I anticipated. The lowest fan speed is very quiet and the highest speed can really suck. You can control the fan speed by just waving your hand in front of the hood. It is well built with high quality. Of course, the price does reflect the quality but I totally believe it is worth the money. I've read some reviews about bad store service but my experience was just the opposite. The store layout needs some improvements but two ladies there were helpful and accommodating.

When I say "actually works" I mean that your range hood will suck the smell, odors and grease out of your kitchen. The range hoods here are extremely strong and can suck up a pan lid. The CFMs of the range hood are from 750ish plus. That's 2X or more CFM than the range hoods at your normal big box stores. The range hoods from the big box stores are usually just for style. Apparently this store is the head quarters and I would have to say that the interior of the place definitely looks like a warehouse. They have some models of range hood connected and powered so you can play around and test it. They come in different styles, color, and power but all of them are pretty strong, even the entry level models. Parking is street parking only so it's not many spots. There is no dedicated parking lot. Pricing is on the expensive side, you can get a range hood from a big box store for like 100 dollars, but here it's like 450+. The top of the line models are 650+.
