I had a really nice time, the boat was clean, nicely done and in good condition The guide who showed us how the boat worked and took us through the lock was exceptional. One person was upset by feeling hastled and rushed with a boat return staff member and another boater said his instructor crashed the boat in the lock and made him scared to continue. However I had a great time, found everyone and everything lovely and if you do not feel comfortable with your instructor then just ask he office for another one. However most people were very happy their boats and experience and every company has it's less good staff. A well run company, I was happy and I would choose them again. read more
