The session was booked a month in advance with the business owner's full knowledge that it was the Friday before he would be leaving on Monday. After confirming the session earlier in the week, on Thursday night, the owner advised me that she was sick and was unlikely to be able to do the session but would confirm the next morning. The next morning, the day of the 12:45 appointment, she advised she would not be able to do the session, had no availability the following Monday or even Tuesday due to her part-time job. When I asked about even late on Sunday, which, granted, was Easter, she did not reply, and offered no further communication or solutions. I DO NOT RECOMMEND for anyone that has a time-based need like a wedding or special event.

Being that would be over 4 hours away from the Bride or her mom, we knew that we would need a lot of help setting things up. The team at 4T Arena took care of everything to make sure her day went perfectly. The experience they bring to the table made the stress go away. The venue was beautiful when we showed up for the rehearsal, only a few other decorations needed to be added. The staff told us that we were no longer responsible, they would be handling any issues that popped up, we were just there to enjoy the wedding. The food was fantastic (The mac and cheese was my personal favorite), and the decorations of the desserts were phenomenal. Plenty of food for seconds. Cleaning up after the wedding was a snap, and we were out the door in no time. We stayed in the lodging in Bldg 106 which allows pets. Our 3 night stay only cost us $102, so you cannot beat the price. It is a quiet and peaceful place with great fishing in a large pond. It is right next to the Cheat River. You can eat in the dining hall for regular military price or eat in the bar/grill area. They have a small post exchange for essentials. The staff are helpful and you are close to Kingwood which has a Walmart. There are also cottages thar can be rented.

A check-in is very easy and fast. The room is nice size for a single occupancy and the showers and everything else is very suitable. The Liberty Café has actually good food for the right price as well and the staff was very helpful. We are using the classrooms for a conference and they are very nice. We set up and the Wi-Fi actually works. I would like to do more training here in the future.
