The server was friendly and took our order quick, but the food took a while to come. When the food did come out, it turned out amazing. All the items were freshly made and full of flavor. I will say that the restaurant is not kid friendly as they have no high chairs. I would come back but not with little kids.

On the other hand there was only one guy working (presumably the owner). Guy was too busy talking on mobile to keep an eye on our table. Drink orders were forgotten, dishes stayed too long on table. This was a Sunday evening fairly early. But I still hesitate too give him a one or two star rating. The food was really, really good and priced OK. They have 2 buildings right across the street from each other, but only one serves waffles. The one that serves waffles is in the shop that doesn't have the "die Waffel" sign on it.
