I had couple tie downs added to my trailer I'd recently bought and some service work done on my older shorelander boat trailer and was very happy with the service. The weld on the aluminum tie downs looks great. They packed the wheel bearings replaced the worn bearing buddies, fixed a running light and replaced the plug in to the truck. The salesmen are not knowledgeable . I was put on hold while they had to get multiple answers for me over several days. I finally made a purchase. If you give these guys a cashiers check and the banks phone number to verify. That's not enough. This cashiers check can't be canceled and could be verified as cash. Yet they held the M.S.O. for a week until the cash came into their account. ZERO common sense. Never trust a customer, is their motto. If you have a problem with the trailer after you leave. The owner will tell you he's not responsible and I would have to pay out of my pocket for any repairs until the receipts are turned into the manufacturer. None of this is disclosed before the sale. Don't buy anything here. There is No appreciation for your business. Also, there is to many competitor's that want your business. read more

Light went out on our motorcycle trailer heading to Florida so we stopped in to have them fix the wire ! Guys were great and got us in and replaced the light and wiring! I stopped in to Wright way to get ideas on how to upgrade a trailer I already own. When I asked to take a look at some of their higher end models I was completely blown off and sent to parts. Their parts guy then blew me off after saying they were going to do some research for me when I had to offer to give him my contact information and of course he never got back to me. Good job not earning my business and clearly never earning any of my future business. Lastly, I made to upgrades to my trailer that I wanted without their help and without their over priced parts. read more

I took my cargo trailer there for repair after vandals broke in, thinking my Harley was inside. they did a lot of damage, probably mad after working to get in and finding nothing inside. wright-way did an excellent job repairing my trailer, and final bill was below their estimate. read more
