I go into their store at the time my appointment was and told this red headed guy I was there a little early for my appointment and he just looked at me and said there are no appointments today. Then after looking on his computer he said I was on some waitlist to be called and that I don't have an appointment and laughed at me as if I am familiar with their scheduling process. He then asked seemingly annoyed what I'm looking to get tinted on my car and rudely said well we don't have anything for scheduling today and that he'll need to get me scheduled. I was done at that point and told him I'll just call and he laughed at me again. In actuality I will not be calling them back and will be taking my money elsewhere. Do you train your employees to laugh at customers and be rude? Also do you train your employees to not offer options or to not say things like, "oh I'm sorry about the scheduling issue you experienced. Let me get you scheduled right away." This guy in front is a joke and needs to not be interacting with customers.
