She asked if move our session to Tuesday which I just assumed it would be for the same time since she said she just wanted to move the session till Tuesday but I was not getting any responses since Monday. I show up to my 6:30 fill appointment and she is nowhere to be found and the doors are locked... She is not answering any of my calls or text messages and took my $25 deposit. Please please be aware and take my review serious when thinking about booking here. I also have all the text message receipts as well and a picture of me arriving at the building and nobody being there. She is extremely unprofessional and stole $25 from me. I was very unhappy with the service that done. I came back today to ask to get them fixed and the guy was being extremely rude to the point where I wanted to start crying. He was blaming me saying my nails were thick and uneven because "that's the way they grow", he was also being very rough, which I knew was intentional because he was not being that rough the day before. And overall he was just giving me so much attitude. As a hairstylist myself I completely understand not having a happy customer and having to redo something, and going back to get them fixed was not a big deal to me. But no paying customer should ever be treated with the level of disrespect that I got today.

I don't need fancy. I need good quality. I don't experience a lot of shedding so I go every 3 weeks. 9/10 the works is exceptional and the lash tech is professional. I can only think of one tech in particular who almost caused me from coming back. She was vaping over my head and kept pausing every 5 minutes to text on her phone. I am a very easy going person and if you want to text someone during my appointment (an hour long) be my guest. I've dedicated an hour to be there. But between the excessive texting and vaping - I was livid. However, I haven't seen her since and I decided to not let one person ruin my overall experience. My eyes water a lot so I know I'm not the easiest client - I always warn anyone new that I tear up, ignore me for it because it doesn't hurt me, it's just what my eyes do.
