I originally lived in Amaranth when I first went there but have since moved into the town of Orangeville, although there are numerous other vetrinary clinics within minutes of my house, I wouldn't take "Judy", my border collie anywhere else. From annual check ups and innoculations, to emergency care the service and treatments Judy has received have been top notch. I tried ordering my specialty cat food, told it will take a week, which is fine. I call back a week later, two weeks later, a month later, never did get my cat food. Tried 2nd time, same thing happened. Both times I was able to get the cat food with no problems in Brampton and getting it same day. Asked the receptionist and get my head almost bitten off by her! Unacceptable! I will never go back there again! I regret taking my cat there and contributing $2300 to their business for a simple surgery.....is this how they treat people after they get their money?? She seemed nice when I first paid. I like Dr Footman, but if they want my business again they need to get rid of that rude receptionist. They've just lost thousands of dollars in business that my 3 pets would have generated. I had enough!
