You and your dog (or cat!) will be cared for here! I remember bringing my dogs here 30 years ago,…read moreso when we moved back to the area I was so pleased to be able to bring my Maltese here! He had a lump near his ankle that needed removal and Dr. Bob offered to remove the tartar on a few teeth while he was under anesthetic. He did a beautiful job and we were able to bring him home the same day! The bill was half it would have been anywhere else, which was appreciated since we're seniors on a fixed income! All in all, it was a great experience! Thank you Dr. Bob and Staff!!

Dr. So called Bob comes in very aggressively doesn't even try to sit down let my dog try to feel comfortable or ask any questions he immediately tells my husband to grab him from the front and he then proceeds to grab my dog from the back to lift him on the table well my dog got scared and lunged at the doctor with his muzzle on and the doctor kicked him in his side which even the vet tech was in shock and kept apologizing to us over and over... The girls there though are amazing but dr. Bob is a ass and should not be allowed to ever treat animals again... I will be reporting him to the board...

I consider myself a well informed and involved pet owner and expect my vet to be a partner in my…read moredogs' care. Vets vary in quality and their level of knowledge, but Dr. Wright set my mind at ease. She took the time to go over the pros and cons of types of spays and the things she brought up align exactly with the studies I read. She also shared some things I did not know about a skin issue she has. She was patient and understanding with my malinois who can be a real pill at the vet for certain procedures. This office acknowledged the challenges and mentioned that there are things we can do together to help alleviate my dog's anxiety over time including how she is handled by staff which is more important than just jumping to the strongest drugs and ripping through an exam. In the dog world the Pet Doctor is considered one of the best reproductive vets you can see and one of the only to offer an ovary sparing spay so across the board I feel like I am in good hands at this vet for a spay and ongoing care.

No way I can say enough good things about the staff at this veterinary office, from the front…read moreoffice to the back. Our Vet, Dr Roman is really great, and I will list the reasons why: friendly, knowledgeable! Supportive in all circumstances. Trustworthy, obviously cares abut her patients by the care and gentle way she exams them and takes into account their quality of life and comfort throughout. (I use "them" because all four (recently -1=3) of our dogs are patients of hers. When my first one died from Lymphoma (and was aware due to medical records from his Oncologist) l, she expressed her heartfelt condolences. That goes a hell of a long way with me. One dog had a successful surgery her and more recently, I needed to put our 14 yr old girl down, Dr Roman squeezed us in at a moments notice to accommodate our request to release her from her pain. Again, so respectful to both owner and patient and made a painful choice so peaceful and calm. Everyone I know who is a patient of Dr Roman has shared equal praise of her quality of care. It's is not a fancy office at all, and i am not disappointed about this because I have no interest in paying inflated prices for aesthetics. The care is high quality and that's what I care about. I want to give special mention to Sandy and the other staff at the front desk area really stepped up to show care when I brought our girl in last week to say goodbye to her. The staff have always provided me with estimates that have been quite close to the final bill. This tells me the staff can be TRUSTED to do their job well. After all this, I can confidently recommend this veterinary practice.

I was not ready to lose her, but the quality of her life was one of intense pain. The vet was very compassionate and was also concerned and felt she had sepsis. The cost was astronomical. Nearly 3k$. I wish there were places that recognized ppl cannot afford that much in this economy. That is the reason for 4 out of 5. We are seniors and this will take us years to pay.

Upon check in the registration asks if we would consent for pain management and possible fluid administration totaling $600-800 prior to seeing the physician. We consented because we knew he was in severe pain and had not had fluids in a day. To my shock and deep frustration we waited 2.5 hours before finding out they had not initiated any treatment and were waiting to receive payment before treatment. I had thought they would make him comfortable while awaiting test results and further consent. I expressed my disappointment in their lack of treatment and how I had expected them to at least make him comfortable while he waited for a thorough exam. Upon voicing my frustration the physician abruptly left our exam room and we never were able to speak to her again except through the front desk worker as an in between. Would a hospital make your loved one wait for payment before starting treatment? I will never bring a pet back to this location and I will be sure to spread the word about their lack of professionalism, inability to triage, inability to be an adult and speak directly, and lack of a standard of care. This facility may look nice and state they have multiple providers on scene, but they lack the ability to follow through when it matters.

TLDR: got a bully? Don't go to DuPont Vet…read more From visit one with my rescue, we were mistreated. He was an untrained dog who needed care. I spent thousands on training. Nonethless, each visit we were treated as though my pup is something to be feared. I worked diligently to support him, providing treats and a muzzle as needed. I took the staff feedback yet I always felt like they did not care and were afraid. Feelings are not facts so here are some facts: He presented with allergy issues. I started cytopoint at $275 every 4 weeks. This totaled over $3,000. He was having paw issues. Never was he given a cytology. I continued to bring him every 4 weeks for care with no improvement. My concerns were dismissed from every staff member I encountered. I saw another vet and he was immediately tested and turns out he had staph. In his paws. Which required an extremely high dosage of antibiotics for 3 weeks and a prayer that his staph was not drug resistant He also had a significant reaction to anxiety medication for pre vet care. I describe it as doggy psychosis and detailed the scary symptoms. When I reported my concerns I was dismissed and in fact told to double the dose. In a text. From a Receptionist. No call. No concern for his well being despite me calling and asking for a call back. When I stated I would not give those meds again I was told pre vet med was not optional and I should consider a mobile or other vet. No asking how he was doing, is he getting better or offering care. I met with the hospital manager. She listened and affirmed my concerns. I appreciated her time. I checked in a few times and was told it was being investigated. More than 7 weeks after my initial meeting I was given a response via email that stated I did not share any concerns and that his staoh could have been uncontrolled allergies. There has been zero effort from corporate to rectify this, only blaming pet and owner. Yet again this team is dismissive and unprofessional. Never will I ever recommend this vet for any pet care. It is disgraceful and shameful the way I and my pet have been treated. The greatest disappointment is this vet center used to be exceptional- my previous dog had amazing care under the previous vets. Selling to a corporation has been a massive decline in quality of care and staff.
