Was as many people, in your 1910 Grille on Mothers Day, and was disturbed by what I thought was one of your waitresses loudly bossing other waitresses around, stating quite loudly for all to hear, she was locking the door at 12:45, if some who made a reservation did not show up. She must have been in charge of the waitresses however, but spoke rather coursely to her wait staff. I thought for a 5 star restaurant this was rather disturbing to the guests who were dining. As we were having a relaxing breakfast at that time, my mother stated did we need to leave? The hotel grille is where she asked to go, so I was disappointed with the fact we felt rushed then, there were other tables still eating at that point.
I as well as my mother have been to breakfast several times as well for dinner and have always had such a pleasant experience, never feeling rushed or had to hear announcements what workers should do in the dining area. Possibly taking them into a space where guests were not hearing her give orders or announcements would be a better option.
