While she listened to our requests and agreements with one another and helped make those things possible, she was also honest about what the judge may or may not like to see. This ensured that our agreements was something the judge would be more likely to approve. She was very easy to work with. One thing I was not as prepared for was the costs outside the sessions themselves. Peter continued to ignore emails from me and the Defendants Attorney requesting his signature on said documents. Instead, in his very calculated and greedy mode of operation, he chose to attend court so that he could continue using my remaining retainer while knowing full well the dire financial situation I was in.
