This is quite literally the worst person/business on earth. The communication with Daniel Wright was terrible. His workers were not professional. He robbed Peter to pay Paul. He lied to us daily. He lied about contractors that didn't exist. We still don't have a light in our pool. The plumbing is so bad that no other builders will touch it. No plaster company will replaster it. It's disgusting. If I could find him, I would sue him. Please do not hire him, not even to mow your yard. You will thank me later. read more

Shortly after moving into a house with a 2 year old wright custom pool, we were looking for replacement valves as the original ones were stuck and could not be moved. Danny came out and said he was extremely busy and would get us on his schedule ( still waiting). Then after the freeze (FEB 2021) we had him come out to determine why we lost water and review the damaged sustained to the swim up pool table top ( which we wanted fixed), again 6 months later we are (still waiting). Since that time we have called on several occasions with no answer and today when he did answer and heard my voice he hung up. For those thinking about a pool might consider customer service reviews before making a decision, again GREAT POOL, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

Wright Custom Pools and Masonry starter our pool in February of 2021 it's been almost 500 days now and they still have not finished our pool. We paid our next to last draw which put us 95% paid out of our contract price nearly 10 months ago. You have made what was supposed to be a fun experience a true nightmare. Every step of the way Daniel Wright of Wright Custom Pools had to be hounded to show up and start or finish work. He would set dates and times to show up and then never arrive. I am certain that if I had not constantly called, texted and generally nag him our pool would have never been finished. Corners were cut, things were installed half asses, the filter was left running broken for months, and we still have not completed the contract. Zero stars, do not recommend. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Like many of the other reviews stated, this should have been a fun experience for our family but has ended in a nightmare. Wright Custom Pools and Masonry broke ground in March 2022. They got to work quickly and gave us no indication that there would be problems. Daniel Wright, the owner, told us on several occasions of a June finish. We paid according to our contract and after the 3rd draw mid May (largest payment) the nightmare began. The company stopped coming to work on our pool. Daniel was responsive to our calls and texts but would feed us lies that him or subcontractors would be out to finish our pool. He has never returned to our house as of today's date (Jan 20th) and even left equipment behind. We have small children so the fact that our backyard has been torn up with rebar sticking out and other unsafe things a construction site brings has been devastating. We paid 97.4% of our agreed contract to Daniel to only have gunite and tile to show for it. We now have a new pool company finishing our pool which obviously means more money invested. The new company understandably can't insure the work Daniel has done so we must live with that too. Please consider everything I have said in this review before choosing this company. This experience has been draining financially, mentally and emotionally and I don't wish this on anyone. read more
