I have always been offered and good selection of colours, patterns with various thread counts and been guided as to what would suit the style of furniture and wearability of the material. Mary always informed me when I needed to purchase new foam and when I didn't. I was also offered additional arm and head and foot covers on my two Lazy-boy winged recliners at a minimal cost. I honestly think my couch looks so much better now than when purchased new. They.have a ton of fabric options and Mary helped me pick out a suitable fabric after she watched my eyes glaze over. The foam in the sofa arms had compacted over the years making them hard. Mary rebuilt the sofa, adding some new wood and foam. I loved the original design and she didn't change the style, just made it look better than when it was new.
