I've waited on 7 @ 8 hour visits, seriously 8:00-5:00 is their service window (2 of them no Shows) by Sears Home Services, subbed out to A & E Appliance... now the GE Engineers have come up with pull the machine out, see if it is the hoses squeeling and it that don't stop it, place your hand on different parts of the machine to see if this stops the squeeling. The FIVE techs that have been here, couldn't do this... And oh by the way we will need you to pay A & E (the first service bill of $129), we didn't do anything wrong when we scheduled it and told them it was under warranty... Well you apparently did not. We will reimburse you the fee. Why don't you just pay it. BUY LG or WHIRLPOOL... JUST NOT A GE... THIS NON-SENSE HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER 60 DAYS NOW and still no END in site yet.

They are going to install it this afternoon. The cost of the machine was approximately 15% less than ones advertised in the larger box stores, who don't deliver, set up and remove the old machine. Always shop locally when you the opportunity/need arises! You won't be disappointed.
