My wife drove over (short drive) to the Orkin office and talked to Vince, the Service Manager. Vince came out THAT DAY and spent 2 full hours inspecting the house's exterior and then did a very thorough attic inspection. Vince came by THE NEXT DAY with a very thorough analysis, including photos, of what was happening and the cost to fix.
