I was recommended to try this place since I couldn't keep artificial nails on for more than5 days without them coming off. They put a set of nails on me. In 3 days 5 nails were off. I went back and they offered me a new set for $35. Like what? I shouldn't have to pay for something they didn't do right in the first place. Unsanitary conditions. They reuse files on people. No cleaning of cuticle utensils or anything else. Same tools for everyone. I developed a thumb nail fungus from there also. Stay Away from this place. read more

Horrible customer service, NO REFUND policy so that should have been my first clue to turn around & leave. Very dirty environment & unsanitary. Had an acrylic set put on, color was off, 2 nails completely crooked, (2days later 4 nails were ready to pop off) and my fingers burned. Pedicure was worse, spent 30 minutes soaking while nail tech did another ladies nails. No foot or calf massage, she used paper towels for in between my toes instead of the proper toe sponges & put a tiny fan to dry my toe polish. This place is very ghetto! STAY AWAY!! This place doesn't even deserve this one star reveiw... If there was an option for no stars that would have been what I hit. They are awful at doing nails... they successfully put on 2 full sets of nails for my friend and I. Both of which looked decent of when we left. Within 3 days of us leaving she has no more gel coat on any of her nails and I now have 3 nails off and every other one is peeling to the point they will be falling off soon. I was told on the phone that I could come in and talk to the owner about a refund on the horribly done nails. So we drove up there and then we were told that they have a no refund policy but he would allow them to be redone by the same person who couldn't do them in the first place. .. so all in all I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. I will never go back with the poorly done nails and then them having me come all the way there to tell me the same thing they could of on the phone... unprofessional and a total waste of $46.00 read more
