Brian was excellent and listened to us. He addressed all our concerns and proved to me that they are Not like all the others I have been to. We have been looking for a 750i for a while and all the others tried to jam us and wanted way to much for there cars. Scored a beautiful car and awesome deal. Thanks again. Out of business. I tried to buy a car from them a few years ago and they sold it out from under me, Ihad already booked my flights and hotel. I was able to cancel the hotel but I had to pay change fee on the flights I booked. I am giving 1 star because these guys are now out of business, if they are not please reach out to me but their website is gone. Too bad they had a good supply of MB's. read more

In response to dealers comment of my review: So, first off, I took it to two Volvo dealerships first, Bell road and Scottsdale. Both dealerships found the problems and gave me far higher estimates for the needed repairs. Then your response states you would have done the fuel pump repair for approx. $300. This is bullshit. The OEM fuel pump alone costs $500 and the mechanics flag rate for the job as per Volvo is 9 hours. How could you have done the job for $300? Even at wholesale cost plus labor, it far exceeds $300 You would have taken that big of a loss? I seriously doubt it, since you guys were so reluctant to even accept my offer on the car. Also, I did call, left a couple messages and never heard back. Still 1 star, wish I could rate you lower for your crappy attempt at discounting my honest account of my experience. read more

Bought a 2017 GLS450 from Tyler and Jason as an out of state buyer from CA. Very happy with the no pressure no game experience.

Great car buying experience at World Motors. The guys are straightforward and don't play games. They price their cars appropriately so they don't waste everyone's time. I got a great car, at a great price, and got the whole deal done in less than an hour. Highly recommended. read more

Apparently the car fax he showed me magically did not have the two previous accidents posted. Moreover he said he looked at it under UV light gun and there was no paint work done. LIAR read more

I bought a Ferrari California from World Motors via email/phone in April 2020. Tyler was courteous and helpful. I had the car transported 1,000 miles from Scottsdale, AZ to my home, and there were no problems at all. Tyler told me I could have a mechanic come look at the car if I wanted, but I opted to trust his description of the car without sending a mechanic over to check it out. He said the car was basically flawless and he was correct. Car was delivered to me in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend World Motors to anyone... anywhere. Not just in Scottsdale, AZ. read more

World Motors - Ferrari California - Car Dealers Near Me - Scottsdale, Arizona

I bought the lemon car from this dealership over a year ago. I have spent THOUSANDS in repairs, and have verification from the original dealership on the horrible condition it was in mechanically when sold to me. This dealership continues to threaten me and slander me and post these nasty comments and responses more than a year later. Shouldn't they be working on improving their rep instead of kicking this dead horse? Shows what jerks they really are. Get a real job boys. Now, almost two years after I have purchased this car, after I have had validation from the original dealership about the poor shape it was in when it was sold to me, they continue to bash me here, and claim I am "slandering" them when they absolutely will not own up to anything they claimed, anything they promised, or the agreements we made about my trade in, which they had COMPLETE information on. More lies from these slimeballs. I am amazed they are still in business. read more

My son bought a Benz at this place. The manager was awesome, very organized and made the purchase go super fast and it went smoothly. He was willing to give my son the deal he wanted over the phone and does not play sleazy used car salesman games. This place is wonderful and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a slightly used Benz. read more

Not worth stopping to look. Turn around. May want to pre-schedule an appointment if something interests you online because there is no help on the lot. I recommend using their prices to try to "match" somewhere else. Knock, knock...no one is here for the second time in a week. At first we thought it was because of the proximity to closing. Today was during business hours and no one came out to the lot. When we walked inside, no one was on the floor. However, there was a guy on the phone way back in his office. But he didn't say hello or anything. Moving on... The location - we missed the lot, twice! The selection - there's less than 35 automobiles on the lot and many are American (not very worldly). The service - there is no one here so there is no service. Do not take Lindsey D.'sor Adam L's advice here. They must have experienced a more thriving atmosphere because our experiences (two times!) were terrible. There aren't even new cars here as far as the eye could see. I cannot recommend this place to anyone for any reason. We will not be returning. read more

I don't know about the experiences some other people here had, but in all my interactions with the guys here, they've been nothing but extremely helpful. It's a family-run business, so it's not going the be the experience you get at Chapman, but that's a good thing! These guys care that you get the right vehicle for you. Even after you purchase a car with them, they go out of their way to help you, even with something as trivial as an oil change. I've bought my last 3 cars here, 2001 BMW 325, 2004 Stratus (college car), and 2006 BMW 325 Ci. None of these cars were lemons. The '01 was crashed by my sister, the Stratus was t-boned while in college (thank goodness I'd downgraded), and I'm still driving the '06 BMW convertible without a problem. Never so much as an engine light. These guys are great! You'll get the best deal in town with them! read more

World motors is the place to go for a good used car with no games or B.S. Just good honest people who care about their customers!

Bought this beauty a year ago from World Motors and can't believe I haven't left a review for them. Gino was amazing to work with and even though I said I hated the bed cover and wanted it off he assured me I would want to keep it. He was so right! I love this truck and have not had 1 issue with it since purchasing it from these guys!! Highly recommend! read more

I found World Motors when I was looking for a used Mercedes for my husband. I negotiated the whole deal over the phone with Tyler. I was a little apprehensive driving up from Tucson that day wondering if Tyler would honor the deal we made over the phone. Car dealers don't have the best reputation generally speaking, but I saw all the positive ratings on Yelp and was willing to chance the drive up. Not only did he honor the deal, but he had us in and out of there (paperwork and test driving the car) in an hour! In addition, it was New Year's day and they were closed, but he opened the dealership just for us. I've bought a lot of cars and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. Thanks Tyler! read more

Very dissatisfied. We had two cars we were looking at, great price and good condition. We were there when they opened and drove both. Told the rep that we would make a decision today. Later on that afternoon we put a finance app in with them and told them our choice between the two cars. One hour later we called to see what the status was and we were told both cars we were looking at were sold. Someone had put a deposit down on them. We weren't told a deposit was necessary to hold the vehicles otherwise we would have done that. We felt very betrayed especially when you have your heart set on a certain vehicle. It's either lack of professionalism or disregard for customer service but beware of these guys. read more

I'm coming back here for all my cars in the future. The owner Tyler is a great guy, easy to talk to. No haggle pricing takes the stress and doubt out of buying a used car. He picked me up at the airport and dropped me off . No problem shipping car to SoCal. Carfax rated the BMW I bought as " Great deal" 10 gran below their "fair deal." I arranged my own financing through my credit union at a great rate, but he was able to match their rate and approve me in 5 minutes. Thanks Tyler read more

Feb 2017 update - just completed B service and found another round of damage that was "overlooked" by World Motors. This car was not in sellable condition and no reputable dealer would have put this on their floor. Stay away from these guys AT ALL COSTS. Happy to have MB of Chandler confirm every word of this to anyone considering a car from World Motors. Thank goodness for their willingness to work with me to repair clearly concealed collision damage. Service Manager suggested legal action and is willing to support with paper trail. Good to know someone is interested in the well-being of the customer. Original Review - Buyer Beware, as I should have been.  This is a cautionary tale when considering a luxury german vehicle from a wholesaler (Hint: don't do it...WALK AWAY).   The buying experience with Brian was great, simple and easy, and maybe it shouldn't have been.  While the Carfax was clean, my 2013 CLS has spent nearly 2 weeks of its first month in the dealership as it had prior undisclosed collisions in both the front and the rear.  While the car looks 99% on the outside, its a nightmare underneath, with replacement parts not fitting, fights with the dealership over warranty claims, and so on.  The oil leak that I discovered on night #1 had to be known by the dealer as it was significant.  Thank goodness the Chandler MB service dept is hungry for my future business as they could have easily denied these warranty claims as collision-caused and charged me many thousands to get the car whole again.   In addition to being damaged, the car was also delivered incomplete.  No manuals ($200), no second ($600) key and no mention of such until delivery.  This is a pretty fair expectation of a vehicle of this caliber.   Lastly, this car was advertised as Mercedes-serviced and is confirmed to have never seen the inside of an authorized MB shop since it was purchased.   I should have been smarter, more patient, and purchased a CPO car for a little more money.  I blame myself.  Don't make the same mistake!! read more

I've had my share of car issues and most recently it came time to purchase a new car (lucky me!) While the car hunt can be tedious and tiring, World Motors makes it seamless. The staff goes above and beyond to assist you in finding the car that's right for you. They do so in a professional and efficient manner that almost makes you want to purchase a car every day. Customer service is very important when it comes to buying a new car and World Motors has it mastered. If you are looking for a used car, I suggest you contact World Motors. They even provided me with a reference for a great mechanic in town for future use. read more

I honestly did not know what to expect, when going to this small dealership on Scottsdale road. I had been to some regular dealerships looking for a car, and those experiences were fine. However, once I met Jason at World Motors, I felt immediately comfortable and no pressure at all. He was extremely helpful and made everything really simple. I went there to check out a specific car, and I ended up liking the car, the price, and the customer service there. Jason shared a lot of information about cars and helped me with some curious questions I had about some of the cars I was considering. No games, no fuss, just a great experience. He even took my custom license plate from my old (wrecked) car and sent it in for registration - I now have it back and on my car. Thanks so much Jason and World Motors! My highest recommendation! read more

I called to inquire about a hybrid vehicle that I am interested in trading my car for. The man that I spoke with called me 'sweetie' three times, told me the guy traded it in because he bought a BMW and 'stepped up in the world' and informed me that he did not know anything about these 'Chevys', only knew about Bmw's and such I should call the Chevy dealer to get more information on this car. What a fantastic salesman! Needless to say, I am inclined to spend 10k more on the Toyota hybrid I saw at another dealer rather than deal with someone as unprofessional as this. read more

Thank you World Motors for your World Class Service! Best car buying experience ever.

I love cars but hate, hate, hate buying cars!!!! I have spent hours at other dealerships being hijacked and tugged around going from salesman to manager and back and forth to the point that I was exhausted. I will never go to a Toyota dealership again after an experience last month! However World motors was COMPLETELY opposite of other dealers! No haggle price, no need to argue price. They were already cheaper for a much nicer car than any other dealer we had been to. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes! They were even able to get me better loan rate than any other bank or credit union i had seen!! After I already agreed to buy the car they asked if I wanted the windows tinted, which I did. I fully expected them to say it was an additional $100 fee , but to my surprise Tyler said it was free since they usually do it all their cars. WHAT other dealer would do that after the agreement was already made!!!! Best buying experience I have EVER had!!! I will definitely return! read more

I just purchased my second car from World Motors. They were courteous, fast and efficient. No slimy salespeople here. Everyone is super professional. I got an amazing deal and I couldn't be happier. I paid about $10,000 less than Schumacher wanted for the same Mercedes. It is a small dealership so they don't have much to choose from. You need to be patient and wait for the right car. I just kept checking their website for inventory. They are my go-to people for used Mercedes in Scottsdale. read more

Just wanted to check back and leave a review for a Honda Accord I purchased 2 months ago. It was my first car purchase and the process could not have been any easier. Even though I didn't end up buying a car from World Motors, they were nothing but helpful in my endeavor to buy a new set of wheels. I contacted World Motors when I was on the hunt for a Prius. Unfortunately, they had recently sold the Prius I was looking for, however the gentlemen at World Motors proceeded to help me find a Prius from another dealer, and continued to help me through the process of buying the car. I bought a minivan here in 2009. They don't normally stock this type of vehicle but had taken it in on a trade in. Glad they did as it was just the van I was looking for. The manager actually had a friend who wanted to buy it from him and he offered to let me have first option on it since I had called just ahead of his friend. Since I didn't know the manager, I was impressed that he would hold it for me. Yet, he was very easy to work with. No high pressure. And the price was very fair. The van had 50k miles on it and he even offered to let me take it to an independent mechanic and have it checked out prior to purchase. They found one item needing attention and the manager paid to have that fixed for me after purchase. I did and the sale was extremely smooth. The van now has 170k miles on it and hasn't given me a single problem. Best vehicle I ever bought. Thanks World Motors! read more

Several years ago I purchased a Lexus from Tyler. It was THE easiest/pleasant buying experience I've ever had. I traded my Mercedes C300 for a Lexus IS 250. There were several items that I had asked Tyler to take care of after I purchased the car and he had NO problem standing behind his word. I greatly appreciated him being a man of his word. I have now sold the Lexus and Tyler was extremely pleasant to work with in getting my extended warranty refund. He went above and beyond in helping me through this process. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Tyler and the way World Motors does business. They let you view their inventory without a pushy salesman being in your face. You may even have to search for them in their offices. This may be a different approach than what most are use to. I will buy from Tyler again and would recommend their dealership if you want a honest/fair dealing when purchasing your next slightly used BMW/Mercedes/Lexus. Keep up the good work Tyler. read more

If you want to buy a car from the shadiest dealer in the state, by all means, World Motors is your place. We purchased a car that we were assured was in mint condition. When we showed up to pick up the car, it had thousands of miles more than advertised. Thousands! "It's never been in a wreck!" they claimed. Later that night, it was brought to my attention that the navigation system did not work at all. By the time we got it home, one state away, the paint on the back bumper was starting to chip. Within the month, without any physical damage from our end, 1/3 of all the paint on the rear bumper had chipped off. This is a luxury high end car they claimed to sell us! The body shop we took the car to up here said that the only reason for this was because the car had been in a wreck, and the bumper had been recently (and poorly) repainted. When contacted, the owners basically told us that because it had been past 15 days, they would not do a thing. I've never met more crooked people in my life. Save your money and go elsewhere. Don't let them rob you like they did us. read more
