The man at the front desk was incredibly polite and showed me around the entire gym, which is much larger than I expected. :D Because this gym is attached to a physical therapy unit, there are physicians who will even give you a complimentary once-over if you think you injured yourself somehow. Great assortment of machines and weights (there's even the more random gym assets like giant tires and climbing ropes :D), and the lockers/showers are super clean. SO GLAD THIS PLACE EXISTS

The staff and members are extremely friendly and always greet people with a nice smile. My favorite part is the unique and electric decorations all throughout the gym! Not to mention, their equipment is top-notch. FF has outstanding machines that isolate certain muscles from different angles. (perfect for bodybuilding!) I am proud to be a member of this gym because its uplifting atmosphere motivates me to show up every single day. If you are ever in the area, I recommend getting a membership or even just a day pass at Fitness Factory!
