There were also rings and bars with clearance overhead for pull-ups/pull-overs/muscle ups, and swedish ladders for leg lifts. Stuff for aerialists too. Note for the trampolines/foam pits - you need their trampoline socks, which was annoying so I skipped that for that day. Otherwise, 100% would recommend and will definitely be back!!!

All the teachers are wonderful but Ms Mel is exceptional in our eyes because of her genuine affection for Avery and her focused development. Avery bonded with Ms Mel immediately and as a result she has grown and thrived in her class. It is going to be hard for Avery to leave Ms Mel for kindergarten but she has done a great job preparing Avery for her next chapter in school.

I'm under 18, so my waiver has to be filled out by a parent. I was texting my mom so she could do it, which is the only way it can actually get done. He saw me on my phone, decided that meant I was filling out my own waiver and doing something wrong, and refused service over it. He never asked me a single question. He just made up his mind. That's the part I could get over. What I can't get over is how he treated the people around him. He talked to me like I wasn't a person, just an annoyance in his day. He also talked over the woman working next to him, answered for her, and bossed her around like she didn't count. If someone treats a paying customer and his own coworker like that in one short visit, I have a hard time believing I'm the only one it's happened to - in both a coworker and customer way. A climbing gym should feel welcoming. Refusing people over wrong assumptions and being condescending while you do it is going to quietly push people away. I'd really hope whoever runs this place pays attention to how customers are being treated at the front desk, because this felt like a pattern, not a bad day. Had a boy grab another and throw him on the ground, no card, no foul, nothing let him keep playing. When you talk to owner his response is he'll review the tape but does nothing you'll be back the following week to play the same team. They don't group kids with the same age bracket even though they'll tell you otherwise, had 10/11 Year olds playing 8/9 year olds and they just sake it off.

The second game also started roughly 10 minutes late. We had the minimum number of players required to start (5 players), and at no point did any referee or staff member tell us we were going to forfeit due to being late. Near the end of the second half, a staff member came over smiling and sarcastically said, "You guys know you already lost the game, right?" This was the first time anyone had mentioned a forfeit. Naturally, we stopped the game to ask what was going on. The response was simply that we had already lost by walkover (WO). After that, our team decided to leave. What happened afterward was even more frustrating. A few days later, while I was working with a client and waiting for an important call from a bank, I received a call. I answered and only heard "Indoor 5," so I ended the call because I was in the middle of business. I never spoke with anyone about leaving the league. Later, when I asked why we had not received the schedule for the next games, I was told the manager assumed we did not want to continue because they had called me and I supposedly said no. That never happened. We never had that conversation. They removed our entire team from the league based on an assumption without ever confirming anything with me. When I explained to the manager Alfredo that I was working and never actually spoke with anyone, his response was rude and unprofessional. He compared the situation to losing a client because I didn't return a call. He said "if a client calls you and you don't answer or call back do you think they're doing business with you?" The difference is that before removing a paying team from a league, you should actually speak with them and confirm their intentions rather than making assumptions. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication, the sarcastic treatment from staff, and the decision to remove our team without ever having a real conversation is absurd. Several players adjusted their work schedules and personal commitments to participate in this league, so being removed without any direct conversation or confirmation was extremely frustrating Everything happened this past week 5/25/26-Today 5/31/26
