It is going to be hard for Avery to leave Ms Mel for kindergarten but she has done a great job preparing Avery for her next chapter in school.

I'm under 18, so my waiver has to be filled out by a parent. I was texting my mom so she could do it, which is the only way it can actually get done. He saw me on my phone, decided that meant I was filling out my own waiver and doing something wrong, and refused service over it. He never asked me a single question. He just made up his mind. That's the part I could get over. What I can't get over is how he treated the people around him. He talked to me like I wasn't a person, just an annoyance in his day. He also talked over the woman working next to him, answered for her, and bossed her around like she didn't count. If someone treats a paying customer and his own coworker like that in one short visit, I have a hard time believing I'm the only one it's happened to - in both a coworker and customer way. A climbing gym should feel welcoming. Refusing people over wrong assumptions and being condescending while you do it is going to quietly push people away. I'd really hope whoever runs this place pays attention to how customers are being treated at the front desk, because this felt like a pattern, not a bad day. Whenever we are in town, they train there and have been doing so for many years. Impact is a great place to train and get your game ready for the next level, no matter what level that might be. Their skilled coaches, instructors, (medical) trainers, onsite nutritionist and strength coach are the best. Players from the NBA, G-League, college and top high school and AAU programs, as well as professional players from all over the globe travel to train here and get better. The innovative high energy skill drills are truly elite and the 5v5 runs against the best competition at each level of play can't help but make you better. All that said, the best part of Impact may well be its energized atmosphere and unique vibe. Had a boy grab another and throw him on the ground, no card, no foul, nothing let him keep playing. When you talk to owner his response is he'll review the tape but does nothing you'll be back the following week to play the same team. They don't group kids with the same age bracket even though they'll tell you otherwise, had 10/11 Year olds playing 8/9 year olds and they just sake it off.

The staff is so welcoming and caring. They really push you to be a better gymnast! I have been in rec classes for a while, so I can speak from experience. The coaches are usually pretty young, but I've found that we can relate more. I decided to try out for team. The tryouts were very forgiving I've found. They don't expect as much if you as the team girls since you don't have much especially from rec. I thankfully made team. They were super fast with the response as I received it that night. My team experience so far has been great. I am currently in Xcel silver and the coaches are great. I could not ask for a better experience! I don't know what all the fuss is about the coaches being rude! They care and want you to be better! Everybody could use some tough love! I look forward to continue to train and compete at browns! Remember, everybody has different experiences and yours is likely to be great as all of the staff take pride in what they do.

Literally just ignored me even though I was clearly waiting. Waited and heard her on a personal call. So I waited in the waiting area. Once it turned 4 a teacher came and got some younger kids but as I walked up to try to see if my daughter was supposed to go in with them she had already went inside. I walked back to the front to get some clarification about where this trial is supposed to be and she was gone. I left. Just extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I've been to dance studios, cheer gyms, and even Desert Gymcats and every place had great customer service. This gym is closer to me but this was disappointing.
