In the display case, the carrot cake color was a dark red Amber, definitely not a normal carrot cake color. The taste is strong in lemon and very disappointing, not as moist, dry ingredients. Additionally we got the turkey bagel which came with a dollop of relish which was a nice surprise to the flavor. The egg bagel with pancake was just ok. Nothing too special about it. And the syrup in Germany has a different taste than what I'm used to. The big issue was that the sandwiches are made to order and there is only one person making them for the entire place. They came out one at a time and was very slow... much slower than was convenient since we were trying to go somewhere. Overall this place is just ok. There's another location in the general area that might be a better option. Or try California Bean for way better food at a similar pace (see my review of California Bean).

Because I had stood in line, I went ahead and ordered and paid, but it was frustrating.
