I didn't end up using their services because they couldn't schedule a specific day/time for just one piece of furniture. The best they could do was call me when their guys happened to be available. Which, I understand that they aren't going to waste half a day moving one piece when they could be moving an entire house for someone else. They did call me back a few hours later and asked if I was available (which I wasn't), so kudos for the quick follow up and follow through. If their movers are as good as their office staff, I think they would deserve 5 stars!

Every detail was handled with care, and it was obvious that he takes genuine pride in the quality of his work. What truly sets Kevin apart is his communication and professionalism. He consistently keeps us informed, responds promptly to messages, provides photos of the completed work when requested, and lets us know exactly when he'll be there. It's the kind of dependable customer service that reminds you of a time when doing the job right and treating customers with respect was simply the standard. Lebanon to do my windows for $300. He basically accepted the job last evening, and came out today at noon. He did 28 windows inside and out, both sides of all the storms, and even did my front door, a mirror, and my front storm door. Honestly, I don't think I've ever seen those windows that clean. He and his friend and sister did a fabulous job. If you weren't certain the windows were closed, you'd think you were looking straight through an open window. Please give him your business!!
