Blazing fast internet speed. Consistently over 140 Mb DL/ 20 Mb UL. They do not throttle or place unnecessary barriers to entry (other spaces require you to re-input a password if you're idle for five minutes or so). 2. Ambience. Bunker caters more to people who are trying to get shit done. While they are very friendly, the overall atmosphere provides for maximum productivity. 3. Comfort. Their space is brand new and so is the furniture. I'm very fond of real wood surfaces they have here and the ergonomics are perfect for me at 5'10", 240 lbs. 4. Excellent Staff. The staff is amazing. They are friendly, helpful, and extremely attentive. David in particular is a standout here. 5. Fluent English-speaking staff. If you're new to Mexico or do not speak the language, this is the place for you. Not only is the staff fluent, but they always offer much-needed advise on the area and Mexico in general. 6. Pricing. Their pricing is very affordable! ******************* That being said there are some caveats: 1. The place is brand new and the community is great but very small which, to me, is advantageous. This may be an issue for people looking to network. It is excellent for people who need to get a lot done though. 2. There are no pets. Again, to me this is a huge advantage. It's unclear if they are allowed or not, as it's not a priority to the digital nomads and entrepreneurs here. Most just want to get stuff done.
