The worst experience. Waited to post this review so I could state the facts and remove the emotion from it. Strongly recommend going anywhere but here until they make some changes. 1. I inquired online for the pro xp 4-seater by clicking the link for this specific vehicle. 2. The sales rep texted me and confirmed the vehicle was available. 3. I offered to take off their hand for $18500 and they said the best they could do was $18.999. The online price is $19,999 and agreed to $18,999. 4. Told them to lock it up and that we would be there Saturday morning to pick it up. I completed a credit app and they said the vehicle would be ready to go. 5. Saturday morning I drive 1.5 hours to pick it up. When I arrived they said my vehicle was ready and the vehicle they pointed to was a two seater. I said I'm purchasing the 4-seater. Saxon said let me check where it is. In the meantime I look around and I can't find the vehicle that was online. I soon learn it is tucked in the back. 6. Saxon (he said he was the manager) said that the quote was always for the two seater. I showed him the texts and said it was never for the two-seater and he said my text said two seater. It did not - and he refused to listen even though the text didn't say anything to support him. 7. I of course was very upset to drive 1.5 hours for a deal that was a bait and switch and clearly a failure on their part. He asked what could we (meaning work and play do) and I said provide me the deal I agreed to. He said the 4-seater was $3k more. Crazy because online they advertise it for $19,999. Either he doesn't know his online pricing, his online pricing is a lie, or this is the way they do business. 8. So he said he would work on trying to honor the deal and make it right. After he walked away I literally couldn't stomach giving any business that operates this way - whether by mistake or on purpose my money. It was crazy because it was like it was my fault they were incompetent or got caught lying. Also he never apologized and wanted to argue with me when he didn't have "receipts" which I did. 9. Since I was so frustrated by this experience and he was incapable of handling the situation I let him know regardless if they honored the deal I couldn't support the purchase and feel right. So I left and bought the same vehicle that same day from another retailer who after hearing my experience honored the price and even shipped it to my house. It wasn't their problem, their deal, but they saw a customer who just wanted to buy the vehicle at an agreed upon price. It's that easy. read more

I bring them my Hondas and Yamahas for service and warranty work. I also buy those 2 brands from here as well. Unlike Capitol Yamaha and Honda they don't charge over MSRP at least. Services have always been done well and sales staff is super friendly, and usually a pretty good selection. read more

This is the weirdest motorcycle dealership I've ever been to. Not only did we not get greeted at the door for 30mins, but everyone seemed confused like they didn't know what was happening. My husband and I drove 1.5hrs to get a bike here but turned right back around and went to another dealer. And, most recently, in July, because I needed some simple grease. On both occasions it seemed that I was invisible to everyone, even though I was the only customer on the floor. I don't expect and I do not like salespeople rushing me as soon as I walk in. But conversely, I am a potential sale, big or small. Read my body language. I visited the Kawasaki dealer in Yuba City a month ago and was quoted a price on the Mule SX. I returned this week and as soon as I entered I was informed that the dealership has been sold to the Honda store and i'd have to discuss any purchase with them. I drove directly to the Honda dealership and I was updated on the process of the dealership transfer and was asked to return in two days to view the inventory that will be delivered from the Kawasaki dealership the next day; I was very satisfied with the professionalism of the staff and the time they took to explain the transfer process. I returned in two days and sure enough the Kawasaki side x sides were sitting in the dealership, I viewed a number of models, test drove the one I wanted to purchase and was very happy with the experience, the bad news was that the dealership transfer had not been completed by the Kawasaki Corporation and the transaction could not be completed until the computer connection with Kawasaki is working. Ben the sales manager assured me that the side x side I want would be reserved for me and he will either meet or possibly BEAT the price I was quoted by the Kawasaki dealership a month ago. My husband and I have attempted to be customers here for quite a while. Key word "attempted". This establishment has the absolute worst customer service and has every time we have ever came here. Our last visit here left me quite upset and empty handed because of the extreme lack of customer service. We decided to give them the benefit of doubt as we WERE in the market for a sport side-by-side and a utility vehicle for our property. So we went (once again) to check out their inventory. It was a Saturday and upon arrival we were not greeted by any sales person. Is that the end of the world? No, not too big of a deal BUT there were plenty of customers aimlessly milling about meanwhile we saw a few employees on their phones by the back area. After browsing for almost 30 mins, we were happy to see that they had the two vehicles we were looking for and just had a few basic questions we hoped to have answered. Once again, no sales person was wanting to give us the time of day even after making eye contact and trying to wave one over. You could tell we were reading every tag and brochure, attempting to gain information but we had to resort to googling on our phones to get the answers we needed. After our own research, we decided that we were going to purchase the side by side and UTV and went searching for someone to help us checkout. Not only were we IGNORED by the several sales people but noticed they were too preoccupied playing on a bicycle and some scooter thing. After standing there dumbfounded for a few mins, we decided to take our business elsewhere. That was the last time we will ever set foot in this establishment and it is a shame. One of their competitors happily took our money (all cash) and we will be using them for all our parts and service needs. read more

The new location is super clean and looks great.. I used their service department about 3 or 4 years ago on my cbr600 and they were super helpful and affordable. I got a R1 pre-owned from someone and turns out it has some issues with the charging system. Again they were extremely helpful and also priced out the parts. The bike is currently scheduled to be seen in August. Make sure to make an appointment as they are in their busy season.. Overall they are great to work with, trustworthy and I'd recommend them to anyone. read more

Test drove a few and then the Honda Pioneer 1000, chose the Pioneer for the ability to take 2 passengers with me comfortably. What a great team - Saxon and Ben were honestly awesome to work with, very knowledgeable, super low key no pressure, patient "straight shooters". Great guys to work with when deciding on what to buy and getting a fair price. Love my Pioneer 1000! Fun to drive, more than enough power and the suspension will make you smile ear to ear. We just stopped in there today (March 27th) and started our first visit with an extremely rude employee sitting at the first desk on the right as you walk in. Just glared at us as we walked in and not even a hello until I said "hey man". I was done with this place at that point. I just kept walking and spoke to parts department. Honestly the parts guy was solid! He was friendly and helpful but unfortunately the part I needed wasn't in stock. As I was in the parts area my Wife and Daughter were outside looking at quads/utv's for our farm. I walked out to them when my wife immediately said they found one! Tuesday November 5, I was riding home from work about a mile from Loma Crossing on Highway 99N. My rear tire suddenly went flat and I was force to pull over and stop. I made some calls for help. One of the calls was to my dealership in Yuba City (Honda Yamaha Sports Center), where I purchased my Roadliner. While on the phone Nick (the new owner), advised not to call my towing service. He said that they would take another hour to get to me. Nick came all the way out to Loma Crossing to retrieve my bike with his personal vehicle and trailer. He gave me Good Old Fashion Service. This really gives me confidences in my decision of my motorcycle purchase and where to take my motorcycle when in need! I was stressing about the weekends ride, but Nick assured me he would have me back on the road by Friday. My tire was ordered, installed, balanced ready to go. It felt so good to see my bike again I took the long way to work. The next time anyone needs great customer service give the young men at Honda-Yamaha Power Center in Yuba City a call. read more

Even when I did get some bad work in the service dept. the guys down there were totally cool about it, and very apologetic, they even looked into it further and turns out the technician that messed up, no longer worked there.
