My experience starting in October 2025 was a nightmare. What was supposed to be a routine cleaning…read moreturned into an unauthorized, painful root scaling procedure. They numbed my gums with roughly 30 needle sticks without warning me, later billing my insurance $994 for it. The extraction process was even worse. Dr. Ram forced ill-fitting temporary teeth into my mouth against her assistant's warnings. They got stuck, and removing them cut my gums. Throughout the final measurements and fitting for my permanent partials, a dentist never once showed up to check the fit or verify the work. Financially, it is a scam. They billed my insurance $994 for scaling and $5,284 for extractions/dentures. Despite paying $1,194 out of pocket, I just received an unexpected bill for another $1,300 in July 2026. Save yourself the pain and money--go anywhere else.

So they did X-rays before the cleaning. I have some dental issues which I'm pretty self conscious about. Dr. Motts saw my X-rays and came in the little room I was in and started talking loud ,.or he seemed pretty loud to me , saying I was missing a bunch of teeth. I mean does he think I'm not aware of my dental situation ? Or did he believe everyone needed to hear about my problems? I don't know why he was so mean to me. We told him we were interested in getting a partial. He say more than once that a partial was 1500 bucks at his office. Again I don't know why that was necessary I just know I was embarrassed and I felt ashamed of missing teeth. Now I don't know if he's that way to everyone or he just didn't like me. I decided to skip the cleaning and we paid for the X-rays and left. The X-rays themselves were 400 bucks so thank God I skipped the cleaning or I would have had to pay twice what I expected to. I would rather pay 2000 for a partial than go back to this dentist. I remember how people made me feel and he didn't make me feel good at all. I hope he's not like that with all his patients and I guess he's not or he would have failed years ago.

Dr. Fenton treats her employees horribly in front of patients, she is very passive aggressive towards them and is constantly putting them down. I am honestly surprised that she keeps getting new staff. I would never recommend going to this office for any of your dental needs. If you have more than 1 filling that needs to be done expect a multiple hour visit. I went in for a crown and it took Dr. Fenton 4 hours to do the crown and then after that I had to come back multiple times to get my bite back to normal. She over books her patients and then will make someone wait in a chair for 2 hours before being seen by her. I loved Angie and Emily, they were always nothing but sweet and did anything I needed. i do not recommend this place to anyone. they are very unprofessional dishonest and extremely…read moreexpensive ‼‼on 9/23/24 i paid dr. mario pary $220 for consultation and discussed cosmetic dental services. on 9/23/24 i also received a deep cleaning, 8 teeth filed down, and prepped for veneers and temporary fillings. i was approved for a $2000 loan that i paid $522.28 towards along with $8,000 cash i put towards a $xx,xxx dollar dental bill. on 10/14/24, during my visit, dr.pary filed my teeth again and put on temporary fillings. i asked dr. parys assistant, when should i expect my veneers she responds: they haven't sent them out to the lab, and it could be 3 to 5 weeks, and if dr. pary doesn't like the veneers it could take longer because he'd send them back to the lab so they couldn't give another appointment date yet. i found that odd because that should have been discussed during my visit. as time progressed and my gums were healing, i noticed my gums weren't even, and the temporary fillings were very imperfect. also, he didn't include teeth whitening in my dental plan so that my veneers could match my other teeth. so 10/21/24 i visited the office and expressed my concerns with dr.parys assistant, and she told me dr. pary would be available in an hour. when i spoke with dr. pary and expressed i wasn't satisfied with my his work and i would like to pay him for the work he's done and be refunded whats left dr. parys gets upset because he doesn't like my response and tells me im being loud. but dr.pary never acknowledged any of my concerns. he basically told me i won't be getting my money today, he doesn't write checks and his assistant handles the books. his assistant comes in and tells me i 0we the office $14,000 for teeth cleaning, 8 teeth prepped for veneers and temporary fillings. i showed her my receipt and broke down pricing dr. pary comes in aggressively and tells me im being loud again and to not yell at his assistant the assistant runs out of the room crying and the dr.pary walks out and leaves me in a room for about 8 minutes. i called the police because at this point this is ridiculous all of this is non sense and was being staged just to not refund my money. the assistant comes back in says she's sorry and continues to ask me what i didn't like about my teeth etc as if she didn't just run out of the room crying. eventually the police arrive and dr.pary asks me to leave and never come back of course. but dr.pary never asked me to leave until the police came. if i was too loud, why didn't he ask me to leave the office????long story short the police officers ended up getting the dental lab telephone number for me that supposedly had my venners because dr. pary and his assistant wouldn't give me that information because i wanted a refund. i called the dental lab and canceled the venners. dr.pary didn't give me a refund and told me i'd have to sue him for my refund. 1 photo 1 of 5 photo 2 of 5 photo 3 of 5 photo 4 of 5 photo 5 of 5
