So I was in a pickle. I stopped at the Desloge Auto Zone and purchased an HID headlamp for my…read moreVolvo. I popped in and got back on the road as I had a long drive to Texas. A couple miles down the road, my "headlamp warning light came back on". For what I paid for the bulb, I was pretty upset. I stopped at the Auto Zone in Poplar Bluff and explained the situation. Typically, I don't think they warranty electrical parts but after talking to the manager Faith Gambling, she kindly exchanged the bulb. I replaced the bulb again and got on my way. Driving at night it was nice to have two good headlights. Thanks for taking care of me on this!

Absolute garbage service and the guy behind the counter did not take his job seriously. I went in…read morelooking for paint for my wheels and their paint selection was pretty limited and wasn't labelled very well. I went up front to ask (i think his name was david) if he could help me figure out what I needed as the colors weren't well defined, the tags didn't have any info, and I hadn't painted wheels before so I wasn't sure if I had to use a special paint. He was condescending and snotty and didn't want to answer my questions and refused to help me identify the right color of paint. He just told me "go look for yourself'. I went back to the paint rack and put back the primer i was about to buy and as I was leaving the store, I saw a customer standing and waiting at the counter with nobody to assist him. As I neared the door I heard the what I assume was a manager or supervisor yelling for the guy to get back out here and help the customer. Pathetic. I instead went to Walmart, where the products have a label on the shelf and the people in the store POLITELY directed me to the auto paint. I found exactly what I needed and payed quite a bit less for it. Autozone is a real ripoff, each can was a couple dollars less at Walmart. I'd definitely recommend anyone considering this Autozone for non-parts to instead check out our Walmart, or for parts try our NAPA store where they know what they are talking about and behave politely.
