I have been using Woofie's to walk my American Bulldog, Maya, for just over two years now and I could not be happier! I tried doggie daycares with disastrous results, and no one compares to the people at Woofie's. I researched EVERY dog walking service, interviewed a few, and I knew Woofie's was the one the moment I talked to Amy, one of the owners. They have been so friendly, accommodating, and I trust them completely with Maya. I think she loves her walker, Lonnie, more than she loves me! The same person walks your dog every time, which is a must when it comes to animals and their unique needs. Her walker before was Valerie, and she was just as wonderful too. They leave you a note every time about how the day went, and even when Maya was a puppy they actually cleaned up the messes she made in the house. I don't know anyone else who would do that, and they offered without me even asking. I initially contacted Woofie's to come let Maya out almost daily when she was a puppy since you know how often they need to go out at that age. They were wonderful. Maya now gets a weekly walk to stretch her legs and get some play time while I work. I have only used Woofie's to walk Maya, but I would trust them to sit her for extended periods of time if ever needed. Their prices are reasonable, and given the amount of attention they give to not only the dogs but their owners as well, it's well worth every penny. I use them on a weekly basis for a 30 minute walk and play session, and you can clearly see how happy Maya is afterwards when I come home from work. I wouldn't be able to work the hours I do if not for them, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Woofie's. I refer everyone I know to them, and will continue to use Woofie's for as long as I have pets. Love my experience with Woofie's! They are SO accommodating! I emailed them on a Friday night around 10 PM because I knew we were getting our Doberman puppy the next morning. So I needed someone to come for visits during the day starting on Monday. They responded to me on a Friday NIGHT and offered to come out on Sunday for the consultation to start walking on Monday. We were assigned to Paige who has been amazing. She always leaves a sweet note, gives our pup fresh water every visit and plays with her and gives her lunch (all in a 15 minute visit)! Sometimes I have to make last minute cancellations or changes and Woofie's has been so accommodating and they respond 24/7. I also love that they add up all your visits over the course of a month and then they invoice you so that you're not paying daily or weekly because that could become very cumbersome. Couldn't be happier with my experience and we'll be keeping them around as long as our Dobie is with us! read more

We're relatively new to the Ashburn area, and while my husband typically works from home, sometimes he's got extended, offsite work, requiring us to find sometimes last-minute help in caring for our dog. We'd gone the daycare route when we lived in Arlington, and while our pup came home tired, she was also starting to show signs that she was being picked on by other dogs. We decided to try Woofie's for afternoon dog-walking after seeing their van in our neighborhood, and they are the greatest! They are awesome about taking last-minute appointments (and they respond to e-mail immediately!), and the walkers always leave detailed notes about their visits. While I can't yet speak to the grooming services, we've also recently used Bed & Biscuit, which, while a bit pricier than a kennel/traditional boarding facility, is well worth the price. Dogs are allowed to stay with families in their homes, cage-free, where they are given similar privileges to what they receive at home. Woofie's was very accommodating with my unpredictable work schedule over the holidays, and both Amy (one of the company's owners) and our dog's "host" were easily reached and very responsive via e-mail while we were away. They're definitely a great option for those of us who are a little on the anxious side when it comes to leaving their dogs for extended periods of time! Overall, we've been very impressed with Woofie's - we'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking for walkers/boarding. read more

I (and my Cavalier Spaniel) have been using Woofie's mobile grooming for the past 18 months, and couldn't be happier with the fantastic services we have received. My dog has long hair and a bad lower back, which makes him a bit difficult for me to bathe him myself very frequently. He never shows any signs of concern when he goes into the van, and always comes out literally glowing white and fluffy. He usually has the same groomer, and she knows him by name and seems to really bond with her animal clients! All this within 45 minutes! And the customer service regarding billing and scheduling is super, too. Yes, grooming this way is a little bit more expensive, but SO much less anxiety-inducing than taking a car ride to a pet store and staying there all day. I fully recommend their grooming services. Prior to my Cavalier, I had a pit-mix. I was able to groom him myself, but we used Woofie's for the couple of occasions we went on vacation and couldn't take him, and their pet-sitting services were also exemplary! I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is! We are moving away from the area and won't be able to be their clients anymore, but wish we could take them with us! I have only used their services once recently for a vacation I took but I would highly recommend them. The only thing I will say is that it took a long time to straighten out the dates I needed them to come by and it still ended up getting mixed up. Luckily it was an extra day they came as opposed to them not coming by at all. I mentioned the extra day on my statement when I received it and they were very quick to update it and did not dispute anything. They came by for five days while I on vacation to care for my cat, feed my fish, and bring in the mail. I received text updates and still got a quick day by day synopsis on a piece of paper when I arrived home. I am thrilled with the service I received and will absolutely be referring them to friends/family and using them again in the future. I've used Woofies for almost a year now and I LOVE them. I had another pet sitter in Reston and they were good, but now I realize what Great is. I work primarily with Leslie and I do a lot of communication via text, which is so convenient. They are always so incredibly reasonable and flexible. When I suddenly realize I need someone to come on a Sunday because we're out all day, Woofies is there. When I am home sick and do, or do not need them to come, they adjust without complaint or huff. I can't say enough good things about Woofie's! We are lucky enough to have Leslie walk our dog Riley, and she takes amazing care of our precious boy. Riley absolutely LOVES his walks with Leslie!!! She makes sure he gets lots of love and attention every time she comes over. Riley has even slept over when we've gone out of town, and Leslie treats him like her own. When we go to pick him up, he basically sulks all the way home because he'd rather be with Leslie. Nervous daddy of two pugs, Ollie and Sebastian. Cant tell you how happy I am to have recently found Woofies. From the first communication, Amy made me feel secure in leaving my boys with her and her team. As both of the boys were abused rescues, and one is very senior I always get nervous leaving them behind. They also have serious separation anxiety...me too, lol. Amy identified Courtney as the perfect fit for them and when we met Courtney we immediately knew she was perfect for them as well. Amy communicated while we were away to let me know everyone was good and she handled a screwup by me perfectly. I counted bags of food incorrectly and they were running low. It was very much appreciated how smoothly the problem was fixed. A week later and when the boys came home they were in perfect spirits and very well cared for. It was a bit humbling but reassuring that when Courtney was ready to leave the two guys decided they rather go with her than stay with me as they ran after her out the front door. Some treats took care of that problem. I will absolutely continue using Woofies and very highly recommend them for pet care. I was recently very disappointed in Woofie's grooming service for the following reasons: -Groomers turnover is so high I saw a new face at each appointment -inexperienced groomers, unfamiliar with different breed grooming requirements -the last groomer DID NOT wash, comb nor trim my Lhasa Apso from the neck up, She washed and trimmed her body only. I called Renee (scheduler for home service grooming) on the same day and she told me someone would come back to complete the job the same day or the next. No one showed up, nor did they call me. I waited 4 days then called Renee again. Once again she promised she would send a groomer to finish the job but it has now been over a week from the last call and nobody contacted me. Too bad I paid in full incl tip, before I saw the neck/head and face were not done!! read more

We have been Woofies clients well over 10 years, in fact probably since they opened their doors. Our two previous dogs have known them their entire lives since Woofies began caring for them while they were still puppies. We have enjoyed seeing the company grow and offer more services beyond dog walking to pet sitting, transport, mobile grooming and even letting us into our home when we accidentally locked ourselves out (long story). Needless to say, they are reliable, flexible and frankly more like family with the care they provide our fur babies. They even stopped by to say good bye to our older dog of nearly 15 years (and they cared for him for over 13 years!). During my vacation, I noticed that they had not feed my dogs for two days, I spend lot of money on long distance call and text to remind them to feed dogs. Even though they had instruction already through text, on their website and on my kitchen cabinet But none was done. My dog voice was changed dramatically from strong voice to a baby voice. When I came home I saw vomit everywhere, bloody poop which still going on after two weeks of treatment.
