In coming out for a first look and project estimate, the manager was on time, pleasant, professional and knew her stuff. The first project was to remove destructive trees and plants and their root balls away from the pool to prevent damage to the concrete and so that a cage could be built. I was kept informed of scheduling and timing, especially when the weather pushed things back a bit. The crew came with a great attitude, despite the heat, and removed the trees and plants, and transplanted some of them to increase my privacy screen. They really worked hard and got everything done with little mess. I can't wait to get Blue Turtle back for part 2...replanting the yard when all of the other construction work is completed.

Instead, there were all demands including removing all of my statements on the different sites. I am really shocked that there was no negotiating at all. One of the comments was I will be paying there court fees and it would be better to spend 350 dollars. The lien is for 245 dollars and I actually only didn't pay 240 dollars. I am astounded by this and really taken back by this company. I am still willing to negotiate but it looks like we will be going to court due to their refusal to work with the customer.
