I've found my new salon- FINALLY!…read more Wendy, the owner of HAIRapy in Lander, WY, was absolutely amazing! She welcomed myself AND my energetic 5 year old son instantly, offering us amenities, a great sense of humor, and a warm smile. What I expected to be just a haircut ended up being like a mini spa day, which was greatly needed. My cut started with a scalp and shoulder massage, complete with essential oils. Amazing! I trusted her to do her work on my hair, and I ended up with a great, affordable cut that I love- which is so hard to find with my curly hair. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and she took her time to make sure I was completely happy with her work. I highly recommend Wendy and HAIRapy to anyone and everyone... as long as I can still book an appointment once the world finds out about her. ;)

I come back at 3:25pm, she then tells me that she has one more to do before me. I replied, 45min ago you told me to come back at 3:30 because you had one more to do, sooo what's that about? So I had planned other things to do afterwards, based on the 3;30 appt; guess that doesn't matter huh. Wasted precious time of my day off. Appts don't mean a thing there.

I had high hopes for B &B Salon. I sought out Brigett Rogers (owner) after researching her work…read moreand from what I saw, it looked like she had good skills especially at balayage. Apparently I was wrong, I paid $275 for damaged gray/green hair. From the first appointment you can see it was very uneven, and didn't look professional at all. Granted I have some hair damage (who doesn't??) but with little to no consultation Brigett didn't ask when the last time I colored my hair was (which awhile for me was 3 months). She proceeded as routine and you can tell why I was unhappy. I paid $175 for splotchy uneven, unprofessional hair. I texted her back about a week later letting her know I was unhappy. I assumed she would cover up some of the roots that were yellow and blend it all. I'm not a hair professional so I let her do her thing. That's when I end up with gray green hair and get this, she CHARGED ME $100 to make it worse. Then when I asked about repairing my ends, she wanted to charge me more for the masks! Was she just messing up my hair to get more money??? I wanted a reasonable solution, a partial refund of $100 dollars so I could get it cut and toned/colored elsewhere because we were obviously not seeing eye to eye. Now she wont return my texts and defends her work. I would not go to her unless you have perfect virgin hair, because after 15 years of experience she doesn't have the skills to work with any color on your hair. I am very disappointed with this outcome.
