Don't go here. Waiting room was old and smelly. They will make you wait an hour past your appointment beyond the check in and registry. Other women were called before me even though I arrived long before them. So, I went to the front desk and rescheduled for another day. The second time around: I told front desk my name and sat without direction of registering again, believing I already completed it. Front desk waits 45 mins until she realizes that the confirmation never went through. I needed this appointment so it's been 75 mins now since I've registered all over again and waited. They pull me back and I sit in the exam room for another THIRTY MINUTES! The first time I came here I was only there to have blood drawn, yet I sat in the lobby for over an hour. Before I could even go for my second appointment they called me twice and when I called them back they didn't answer, even though it was still office hours. I don't recommend this place at all. My first appointment that I waited almost 3 months for was cancelled without informing me. My second appointment was scheduled out 2 months which I can understand. However, I have been at my appointment now over 2 hours. The lady at the desk told me this isn't typical, but all of the ladies in the waiting room say this is normal practice. I took the day off for this appointment. Very frustrated and disappointed with this experience. There are ways to open up the schedule slots. LADIES BEWARE: I highly advise against going to WomensCare obgyn. I have had a horrible experience with their staff including receiving several papers of classified info including other woman's SSN, address, medical history and insurance information in my intake forms. During my annual visit a test was performed without my knowledge or consent after I explicitly told the nurse Kimburlie Adkin's NOT to perform any additional tests. After seeking to resolve this for the last 11 days I was told by Stephanie the office manager and MJ the nurse manager they would not do anything to assist me. I have filed complaints regarding the multiple HIPPA violations and with the department of health. I fear for the safety and privacy of any woman seeking medical care there. read more

The doctor is great, but something is wrong with their scheduling system. I saw the doctor last year for my yearly checkup and she was great. They scheduled me for a year later, August 29th, this year. A couple of months ago they called and changed my appointment to August 27 saying she was not going to be there on the 29th. A week prior on August 20, I got a text confirming my appointment and I replied yes. I also got 3 reminder texts about the appointment, including one on the morning of my appointment. I went on August 29th and the lot and waiting room were quite full. They called me up and said they didn't show me in their computer system as having an appointment. I showed her the text I had received just that morning. She said I was the third person that morning that this had happened to. She said I couldn't be seen that day, so I left. I will be looking for another doctor. This shouldn't happen. A total waste of my time. read more
