I had my first new patient appointment with PA Philip Ford, he is great and his office staff is so nice!! He is highly educated and gave me reasonable answers to all my questions. Also, had couple referrals which got taken care of within few days. At my previous clinic, I waited couple months only to find out that my referrals were not even submitted. Very clean, professional, and neat office.

I called and explicitly scheduled an appointment with Dr. William Ta, making it clear that I did not want to see a nurse practitioner. However, they passed me off to a non-doctor anyway. When I called them out on this, the staff was highly unprofessional and dishonest, falsely claiming that I had booked with the NP. To make matters worse, when I tried to speak with the doctor about the issue, he remained completely silent and indifferent, while the receptionists tried to throw me out of the building. This is an unacceptable way for a medical professional to act. I rearranged my incredibly busy schedule and wasted my time and effort driving all the way here, only to receive an absolute garbage, joke of a medical exam. I will never return to this place.

It has been my horrible experience ever since they fired the Dr then replaced her with a nurse practitioner!!! Omg..... I've left numerous messages for some assistance with my back and new painful symptoms. I called for over a month with No response. Then I speak with my provider and th y advice me to go in the office and demand to be seen. I did that, today I get a letter from them!! The nerve !!!!!!

Unfortunatly it does't get any better when you ask for the "Office Manager" Blanka. She is at the same level of un-cooperativeness and if possible even more rude. I am not sure where the dregded up the staff, but they all need to be fired and replaced with staff that has some sort of people skills and actually want's to work and not just sit at their station and chit chat. So now we are out of the diabetes and seizure meds until sometime next week. Oh yeah we called them in on September 17th. Just hor hard is it to authorize a refill on the medications? Oh yeah the Raley's Pharmacy staff has been wonderful in trying to help, and guess what, they got treated just as bed. SO FAMILY MEDICAL CENTER - Don't use them

After my mom passed away, my sister and I have been working diligently trying to get my elderly…read morefather's life more comfortable for him. My dad has a hard time seeing due to cataracts, GCA - Giant cell arteritis in his left and a possible stroke in his right causing partial blindness. My mom didn't want my dad to have cataract surgery fearing he would lose his eyesight completely, nor did she ever continue medical insurance to our dismay. So he suffered for many years not being able to see as clearly as he could, yet he continued to work and finally retired at the age of 84! After I got dad back on track insurance wise, we immediately started making his eyes a priority. After several eye exams with his ophthalmologist, there was a concern that because of his GCA, cataract surgery may not be helpful. But after having a family meeting, we all agreed to proceed with his surgery. My nephew and his wife are both doctors and their input gave us hope that at the very least, he would see a little better. My dad was scheduled to have his eye surgery at this facility, and we couldn't be happier and confident that we made the right decision. The doctors: Hui, MD & Zhao, MD, nurses and staff members took great care of my dad from beginning of his visit to end. He was nervous, but they kept him comfortable during the whole procedure. Dad could see almost perfectly on the first day, and was so happy! But after having to use eyedrops consistently and frequently, he was a little depressed that everyday he had blurry vision. We had to keep him encouraged to continue his treatments in order to heal. Finally, after a few weeks, he was starting to see better day by day. He will still need to get fitted for new glasses, which he is looking forward to. The staff even sent my dad a very nice card with signatures of the medical team who assisted in his procedure. We are so happy with Kaiser Medical Center of Rancho Cordova for treating my dad with concern and kindness. Thank you so much!

The employees are kind and fast especially in Laboratory Department. I like going to Kaiser Ranchoread more

Great way to start this relationship. First time ever coming here to the Rancho Cordova clinic and…read morehe's already 45 minutes behind. This tends to be a common trend with UC Davis facilities. The unfortunate part about all of it is, they have little respect for your time. Staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating but at the end of the day, what good does it do when someone's already: taking time off, on their lunch, or have other obligations that need to be fulfilled? I left my last doctors office (UC Davis Clinic downtown) because it was the same reoccurring theme. I suppose I need to write a review for them as well. Hopefully the care is better than the intake. EDIT: Just got in here with Dr. Lindsay Smith. The entire visit was 10 minutes long. Since she's not my primary and just a fill-in, she wasn't very "dialed in" with anything. It was just a "rush in, rush out" visit to get onto the next patient. Intake was helpful to try and get me bumped up, but this entire visit has been a waste of an hour and a $20 copay.

His comical sense of humor puts you immediately at ease and makes you feel comfortable in his presence. I'm so pleased to have opted for Dr. Luke as my Primary Care Physician. I trust him and feel safe with his expertise and the UC Davis system.
