I asked to remove my dog from website and he is still on here. At the start it was not bad well no evidence of much harm but after that awful. Dog lost nail, constant behaviour changes, fearful and head injuries. The way things were handled very bad. I have emails which you would not believe. I'm in the process of legal action... this is just money making people no care at all. You can have a lot of certificates but if you care more about money than animal welfare you shouldn't have a business like this

Their main problem was learning to walk correctly and not to pull , understanding simple commands and socialising with other dogs as the smaller of the two tends to think she is a Rottweiler and barks at every dog she sees. After our initial 1st hour session I can honestly say there has been a dramatic change in their behaviour he taught us not to say "NO" however to make this sound ..it really works they both responded straight away to the point we can now eat something at the sofa without them both jumping up to get it. Walking is still a challenge for us although they both walked perfect for Ewan however we have our next session booked for next week , we will be tackling socialising with other dogs ....massive challenge going to a park to see a lady who walks 10 dogs !!! all at once . If it were up to her she'd let herself resemble Pigpen, would roll around in dirt and feces, and would generally look like she'd just been through a forage in the forest. However, as an apartment dog...this is not acceptable. She is a shorthaired lady, so she doesn't need the particular cut, but every few months she does need a deep down brushing, scrub and nail trim (something about trimming another beings nails terrifies me)...and thus we search for her spa. Easier said than done in East London! But I finally found Groom Dog City and I am quite pleased with the output. It's in a little shop near Haggerston/Columbia Market, they took my appointment quickly, the staff was very nice (both the owner and the assistant), and 45 minutes later I returned and was gifted back a dog that looked to be much cleaner and about 4 bales of hair lighter. Win. Reasonably priced too! For the works on my type of dog (again, no cutting/trimming required) for bath, eyes, ears, nails, brushdown -- about £25. I also left a tip because I have to believe this is thankless work giving spa treatments to animals who do not wish to be pampered. If they only knew! They even returned her to me with a little bow. I'll be visiting again next time she starts to resemble a vagabond... *appointments easily made online (he called me back right away). *there are a few shop dogs, word to the wise. I mentioned my dog wasn't so nice with other dogs she doesn't know, and they easily blocked them off. I'm sure my dog was still a nervous wreck, but there is a price to beauty and to coexisting with humans, Tillie.
