After asking the main cashier for a photocopy of my receipt and invoice I was told to go find a xerox machine myself. The one next to the clerk that I just paid for three times over was not available for patient needs. Take your blood pressure meds before you go to that office.

One of my tests needed a followup and I asked the doctor if I should go back outside to wait again and he laughed at me saying "No! If you wait out there it will be many hours before you're back". Its true, that was my 4th round of waiting so far and that timing was consistent.
