As any homeowner knows, a good contractor or specialist of any sort for home repairs is worth their weight in gold. If I'm being honest, I had to brace myself in writing this review in preparation that if word gets out too fast he might have less availability when we need him! All that said, to get to the important stuff, Efren was responsive, reliable, prompt, reasonable and most importantly did an excellent job. He helped us remove a MASSIVE limb that was broken and dangling on other branches 20 feet in the air, fix up our front yard and remove the assortment of strange plants and reeds without losing any of the ivy we wanted to maintain, and also removal of a couple of stumps and crazy vines and such. Looks like a different space now. Highly recommend.

They delivered all the materials, installed everything, and Jason kept us in the loop the whole way. Jason has been responsive throughout the project for questions and scheduling. The final design was exactly what we were hoping for, and then some. Jason made sure to find exactly the right plants we were looking for, and when I wanted to make a change during installation he was great about listening and making the change. Customer service clearly comes first with this company, second only to the quality of their work. I used the new (at least to me!) Yelp services feature to request a landscaping quote and had several businesses reach out to me through Yelp. We chose J.Earp Landscaping based on how they listened to us, a fair price, and availability. We are very happy with how the job was handled from start to finish. We will definitely contact Jason and his team again for any future hardscaping and landscaping needs. They were a pleasure to work with.

Tommy and his teams are busy, but he responded and we eventually set a date and time. Key item to note this is an arborist vs. just lawn and garden company that cuts down trees. I had a trim on a very large oak that I wanted to keep. They showed up as agreed and were quick efficient and did a fantastic job. Cleaned up the yard afterwards made sure the roof was clean. And had to back a crane in my front yard to get to the larger branches. They carefully backed into a VERY narrow area and even with the supports for the truck; zero damage to the yard - which would not have been a big deal anyway with my front yard, but I know people get grumpy about that. The team was polite and professional. While they were here two neighbors also had work done that was not scheduled. Highly recommend this company. Highly recommend them.
