Open still for catering throughout the week there are now offering "pizza" boxes on weekends that are PACKED with. Value and flavour! They easily feed 2-3 people and run from around 35-40$. They weekend pizza box price and contents are published every Monday evening, but are in limited supply and all I've seen, and ordered have sold out within an hour or so. I've ordered beer 4 times now with no problems having it delivered to my door until tonight. I always give the driver $10 tip in empty bottles. Today 2 1/2 hours after ordering online I called and and they said it would be there in 2 min and it was. The driver calls me and says there is nowhere to park (there was visitor parking) and I have to come down to the lobby and get my 4 cases of beer which I did (not in the lobby but on the sidewalk out front) I give him the money, more than the invoice online and he says he wants $2 more. WTF I ask him to show me the invoice, he walks away ranting and raving "Don't Order Anymore"

Delivery was at 8:10pm despite the store being 5mins from the house. This is not the first time the wait time was over two hours on a regular Saturday night. Dispatch provides standard excuses that are not realistic. It is important to understand your customers want a realistic estimate, otherwise it is poor customer service which is not the driver's fault. Estimate better and/or get more drivers
