There is a normal hot buffet to choose from, including the must-have soup, as well as a raw meat and vegetable section which the chefs will cook for you, including your choice of sauce (i.e. hot, spicy, mild, garlic, no garlic, etc). The buffet costs about 170 kroners which is good value for money in this area of Denmark! Drinks are expensive, for someone from outside Denmark, but not much above the local rates. She was warm with her greeting and spoke very good English, as my familiarity with Danish is generally awful.
