Well we never heard from from anyone so we called them. The female that answered said they didn't know when or if they could do it. A 1st choice well service was recommend to us. When we call & explained the problem to him & what the other well company said. He said he could do it in the AM. He came as promised & went out of his way to check for other problems ( leaks etc) to save us money in case we didn't need a new pump. He was pleasant & very polite. Explained everything. Pulled the old pump & put a up graded pump in. He worked for hours, even in the pouring rain. We have better pressure than we ever had. I definitely would recommend this well service to anyone. I will be calling them again if we need any work on our well.

My wife and I have 1,000 sq ft of decks around our house- Built in 2010, and never lived in, we…read morebought it in 2020. The decks had never been stained and were in awful shape at a time when wood and composite were either in zero supply or ridiculously priced. I talked to Jim Starley then of Starley Construction about what we wanted to do- but due to material prices we waited 3 years to pull the trigger. During that interval, I got to know Jim- worked with him and his crew- volunteering for flood victims, watched Jim rescue any and every dog he came across, shared stories of the difficulties of parenthood and became solid friends. While this isn't always a great recipe for picking a contractor, for Jim and me, it worked. Jim's crew just finished fixing and recovering our decks- one sitting at 43' above ground, and two others at 20', and performed looking out for us as if we were all family. Price and timing we couldn't be happier with, and getting to know Jim's people, and watching them interact with my family and pets while they went through their day was an absolute joy. I didn't want just share my endorsement for the job they did, I'd love to invite you to get to know Jim, and his big generous heart. His level of care and compassion for his community members, whether he knows them or not, is like very few I've met. Thanks Jim, and Rich, Justin, Josh and Josh and John- we will miss seeing you guys daily!
