We hired Webb inspector for a pre home inspection before we sold our house , to fix what needed to…read morebe fixed before we sale , their inspection came back really good until the buyers inspection discovered we had polybutylene pipes and we were told we had to replace all the pipes in our house . The webb inspector mis identified the pipes as pvc cpvc pipe, and admitted he didn't know what that looks like . We ask for compensation from Webb inspection to cover repairs since they incorrectly identified the pipes, and got the run around and flat denied to cover anything cause I didn't pay a extra 250 to wave the liability, so we had to pay for everything. This company is negligent in hiring quality inspectors. . And do not back their work . I would avoid using this company, the owner never replied to any of my requests and was always out of town when trying to contact them .
