A young lady by the name of "Enya" stepped in and actually singlehandedly made me reconsider not doing business with Target. I was over it until she stepped in and used her awesome customer service and people skills to correct all that had gone wrong while apologizing constantly while she corrected my job and invoice. This job was for my business, very specific and very important! She treated me as if my business was as important to her as it is to me! I appreciate her hard work, dedication, kindness and professionalism! She is truly an "ASSET" to this company, and at this point, an asset to mine as well! Honestly because and ONLY because of her, I'm still a customer and will be using Target Copy Center again in the near future. I think Ms. Enya would be the perfect person to use to train employees on how to properly do damage control and show the customer just how valuable they are to your client base as she did for me! awesome employee and an awesome young lady! I am so happy I found them because it's actually difficult to find hard-working, dependable and HONEST help in the area. Seriously. These guys are great! I actually found them on Yelp as I was looking for a new cleaning service for a move-out job at one of our apartments in Gainesville. Their response time was super fast! I requested a quote on Yelp and I was given a call and we set up an appointment with the Splee cleaners in less than a 12-hour window. That's fast in my world... Two team members arrived promptly just before 12 noon on Saturday as appointed. They were both super friendly and professional and reassured me that they were going to take care of everything I needed cleaned in the unit. In addition, I asked the nice gentleman of the cleaning team if he could use my dolly that I brought from Jacksonville and remove an old refrigerator and a chest of drawers left at the apartment by my last tenants and just set it by the curb for garbage pick-up. He said, "No problem." And he did it for FREE! How cool was that? After about 2.5 hours, Nick called me to let me know that they were just about finished and ready for the walk through. I came back to the property and I was extremely pleased with the work that was done. I paid an extra $75 for carpet cleaning that was set up prior to the appointment and these guys took the smell of "dirty dog" out of the carpets and air. WOW! Very impressive.
