Anyone who knows me knows that I am a HUGE fan of efficiency and Target Copy is the place to go. It was the most easy and painless experience for someone who is technologically challenged like me. The guy at the front desk was extremely helpful in explaining things to me. I brought my flyer on a USB drive so he directed me to the computer. It's $0.35 per minute to use the computer, but it literally only took me a minute to pull my flyer up and send it to their printer. I had 100 flyers printed on regular paper, 2 per page and it cost around $30. They have a very helpful pricing book and will explain the total you will pay before you do anything. I think that's extremely helpful to get a quote before you use any services. Even using regular paper the flyers turned out beautiful! The whole process only took about 10 minutes. One thing I will advise about is the parking - there is a lot and a helpful parking attendant but the amount of parking is limited. Since there is a Dunkin Donuts, Subway (or some sandwich place nearby I'm not quite sure), and near campus the area is always packed with students. This is something to keep in mind. A young lady by the name of "Enya" stepped in and actually singlehandedly made me reconsider not doing business with Target. I was over it until she stepped in and used her awesome customer service and people skills to correct all that had gone wrong while apologizing constantly while she corrected my job and invoice. This job was for my business, very specific and very important! She treated me as if my business was as important to her as it is to me! I appreciate her hard work, dedication, kindness and professionalism! She is truly an "ASSET" to this company, and at this point, an asset to mine as well! Honestly because and ONLY because of her, I'm still a customer and will be using Target Copy Center again in the near future. I think Ms. Enya would be the perfect person to use to train employees on how to properly do damage control and show the customer just how valuable they are to your client base as she did for me! awesome employee and an awesome young lady! They left pet hair on every surface, multiple stains on my couch, rearranged furniture, left a dozen bags of trash, dog poop, moved things around the entire kitchen, threw away my coffee creamers and condiments, broke mugs, etc. Gator Nest Cleaners took it with a good sense of humor regardless of the excessive amount of work. They showed up promptly at 10:15am, when guest was supposed to check out by 10am, and patiently waited 30 min before they decided to leave. I actually found them on Yelp as I was looking for a new cleaning service for a move-out job at one of our apartments in Gainesville. Their response time was super fast! I requested a quote on Yelp and I was given a call and we set up an appointment with the Splee cleaners in less than a 12-hour window. That's fast in my world... Two team members arrived promptly just before 12 noon on Saturday as appointed. They were both super friendly and professional and reassured me that they were going to take care of everything I needed cleaned in the unit. In addition, I asked the nice gentleman of the cleaning team if he could use my dolly that I brought from Jacksonville and remove an old refrigerator and a chest of drawers left at the apartment by my last tenants and just set it by the curb for garbage pick-up. He said, "No problem." And he did it for FREE! How cool was that? After about 2.5 hours, Nick called me to let me know that they were just about finished and ready for the walk through.
